The sunrises every morning from the deck were magical. The walk over the dunes to the beach, the morning coffee, the three bedrooms all made a perfect start to the day for me and my two sisters. We had an issue with a broken toaster which was addressed immediately. David was responsive and caring. For three adult women, the only thing that wasn’t ideal, but we knew it in advance, was the bedroom with bunk beds. They weren’t as comfortable as the two king size beds in the other two rooms, so someone has to make a sacrifice. But, all in all, we had a great time!

This place was amazing! We needed somewhere to stay for a short period of time and this was perfect! Victoria was very accommodating and responsive to all questions! The space was roomy with everything that we needed to feel comfortable during our stay!

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

I honestly felt bad because I wasn’t expecting this property to be so big. And I was by myself. I felt guilty because I had all this space to myself. But this is a perfect beach location. I feel like if you’re looking for a beach house with a lot of room, this is it! The bed that I slept in was comfortable. It’s across the street from the beach. And not too far of a drive to the local restaurants. Tina was very nice and hospitable. My only issue was I wish I had more time there.

A beautiful oceanfront unit. Wonderful sunrise views, and easy access to the beach . Close enough to St Augustine for a visit to town. A very relaxing spot!

Convenience is key! We were so close to the beach. We woke up each morning and it took us less than five minutes to leave our door and be sitting on the beach. Another pro was that we had a parking spot right beside our apartment which was another major convenience. We were in apartment E and it was a coziest little studio with everything you needed for a beach weekend, including a small kitchenette. We absolutely loved it and would without a doubt 100% come back and stay. The host , Lauren, made our stay even easier with proactive communication and very well written descriptions, and explanations for our time in Saint Augustine at their place!

Open floorpan home with a great gathering space and plenty of bedrooms. Location is great with grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

It was a beautiful well kept quiet place very peaceful no motors allowed on the lake made it even more peaceful. The home was very well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. Things were updated throughout the house to keep up with the needs of guest

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I came mainly for the hot tub and to get away for a few days. I reached out to Brian to make sure the hot tub was working and he said it got all new parts and was running. He was right. And it was amazing. 104, occasionally 105. I spent all of my time on the porch, in the hot tub, and walking back and forth to the beach. I desperately wanted to stay longer. Can’t wait to come back

Susan’s place was even better than the pictures. She thinks about all the little details to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We also found the house even better than the pictures, which are great. We loved this house

Me and my wife had very peaceful and relaxing weekend. Really enjoyed watching movies they had on dvd and we had no problem with cell service. I will say there’s not a lot of food options for the area so try to bring what u need to save driving around ( just my opinion). I took the kayak out twice and caught plenty of bass so bring your fishing pole!! And make sure you see the sunset from the doc and listen to nature

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Great location for beach access. Private, quiet, pool and hot tub a bonus. Clean, bright, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved staying here, hope to be back. Recommend 100 percent.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

Elaine's condo is beautifully decorated and she goes above and beyond with all the extra touches to make you feel welcome and right at home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need and it is nice quality. The condo was spotlessly clean with nice towels and linens to make your stay enjoyable and peaceful. This host was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had about our stay. We will definitely keep this condo on our list to stay again when we are in St. Augustine.

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

We spent a great three weeks at this condo. We loved that we could bring our pet and that it was a dog friendly beach which was an easy walk from the condo. The heated pool was also a major plus and we swam in it almost daily. There are a ton of restaurants around that are either walkable or a short drive which was a major plus. The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved having a King sized bed and ensuite and then our guests had their own bathroom also. The washer and dryer in the unit were also of great benefit. Kristine was very easy and responsive and made check in and out super easy. We also loved St Augustine beach and restaurants and St Augustine downtown is a must do. All in all we had a great three weeks at this home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay at Cathy’s condo. It has been recently renovated and is fresh, cute, and comfortable! Cathy communicated well and frequently to make sure all was good for us. We would enjoy staying there again.
