Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Weinstadt

Jordana ist sehr liebenswürdig, wir durften wegen der Zeitumstellung eine Stunde länger bleiben. Wir waren zu fünft. Die Wohnung war super sauber, das einzige was uns fehlte war ein etwas größerer Tisch, an dem wir gemeinsam frühstücken konnten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr stadtnah, man kann ohne Probleme in die Innenstadt laufen. Alles prima, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Thomas's place was beautiful and looked brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and the smaller fridge worked perfect for our time there. The bathroom has two shower heads, one being the large rainfall type. This place is perfect for two people with plenty of room to hangout and relax. The room has a private entry with a provided key to come and go as you please. There is a small stream that borders the property and I'm sure it would be lovely to hear all night with the windows open. The room is located in a great neighborhood with homes that were built in the 1500's, incredible!! We enjoyed walking most mornings to a local bakery about 400yards down the street where we had our fresh morning pastries and coffee. This whole area is full of history and beautiful settings. There are nearby farms with the occasional tractor driving through the narrow streets. If you want to immerse in a small local town in Germany, with a country feel to it, this is the place!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, mit einer großen Dachterrasse und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Es gab sogar einen großen Gasgrill, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. In sehr ruhiger Wohngegend, aber in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. Alles in allem zufrieden!

非常满意的入住体验！ 满分！ 第一次在Airbnb平台租房，很幸运遇到了Dennis和Julia的房源，房屋的实际情况要比照片更好！非常推荐！ 1）地理位置：非常方便，也非常安静，附近有Kaufland超市，步行去附近的餐厅也很方便~ 2）房东：我很喜欢沟通直接，坦诚而且非常热情，我每次发信息都可以得到第一时间的回复。 3）设施：非常新，餐具也很全，很干净！ 4）采光：屋子里很多个窗户，采光很足，在家里很惬意 希望下次还可以入住这个房源。

Das Studio ist wirklich toll. Sehr gemütlich und ruhig und vor allem sehr sehr sauber (blitzeblank ;)) mit großer Terrasse mit Tisch und Stuhl, die bei entsprechender Witterung zum verweilen einlädt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man(n) braucht, ebenso im Bad. Toller, äußerst freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und flexibler Gastgeber (Check in Zeit). Ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Super nice host, everything was as described and super nice. Fully recommended!!! Everything was clean and tidy, good equipment and a great view from the terrace. Also quick and friendly communication. I can definitely recommend it without any reservations!

很棒的體驗,房子雖然老舊但整理得整潔乾淨,一共有4個房間8張床,客廳很棒,廚房設備齊全,地下室有洗衣機。如果還能提供拖鞋就更棒了。

Wir haben uns in Marias Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht um sich (gerade mit Kindern) wohl zu fühlen. Das Haus ist groß, stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind super und die Lage ist auch toll. Der Waldsee ist fußläufig erreichbar undan kann dort baden.

Wir waren zu sechst (3 Paare) in dem Haus. Vor Ort wurden wir empfangen und es wurde uns alles erklärt. Vielen Dank! Außerdem erhielten wir Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Betten sind spitze, das Wohnzimmer sehr für nettes zusammensitzen am Abend geeignet. Küche, Grill und Garten wurden auch von uns genutzt. Die Sauna groß genug für ca. 3 Personen. Am Tag der Abreise wurden wir nochmals persönlich verabschiedet. Die Kommunikation war durchweg verbindlich, klar und sehr nett! Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende zum Entschleunigen und Zusammensein!

It’s a well functioning apartment if you travel like we did. 4 colleagues going to the fair. If you travel as a family you might miss a living room to watch tv. But for us it was perfect.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Es hat uns sehr gefallen in dem kleinen Häuschen . Alles da was man so braucht. Mit Hunden total unkompliziert . Gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen, fur Naturliebhaber.

We had the best time! Julia's house is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need and more. Her taste on decoration is exquisite and the house has a homey feeling to it - we never felt we in an "Airbnb" but rather we felt feom the beginning more like at home. There is everything to cook your meals in terms of lithchen accessories. The living room is super cozy, we spent Chtistmas time there and, despite it being Winter, we had sun almost everyday coming into the living room. There is also a toof deck were you can see the horizon and the sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and you cam easily walk to some nature or take public transport and go to Suttgart. There is a baker very close by. Five out of five stars!

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage ist 3 min Fußweg zum Outlet. Wohngebiet war sehr ruhig. Privater Parkmöglichkeiten sehr wichtig in der Umgebung. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren ein 3er Gespann das am wandern war und eine Unterkunft für die nächste Tour suchte - und das war der perfekte Ort! Genug Platz für 3 sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut zur Erholung

Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Truly amazing home- so peaceful with great views. The apartment has everything you could ever need. Andreas and Louisa were super friendly and very helpful with recommendations- it’s a short drive to Stuttgart and has secure parking. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Thierrys Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben. Thierry ist super freundlich und hat uns sogar einen kleinen Sonderwunsch erfüllt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Our stay at Sabine’s apartment was great! We spent a month there, and Sabine was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our time. She always responded quickly to our questions and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We highly recommend Sabine as a host and it was pleasure to meet her!
