This was our first time using Airbnb, and it was a very positive experience. The hosts had excellent communication, were always extremely friendly, and the information was very clearly written. Getting in the house was easy, and it was nice we had use of the garage also. The neighborhood seemed like it was a safe one, and although the house was on the corner it was not overly noisy or busy. We live in a neighboring town to Springfield, but had rented the house to make it easier to get ready for my daughter’s wedding in Springfield. Sometimes friends and family have us check out locations of houses in Springfield for them to see if it is in a neighborhood we would be comfortable with. I will recommend this house to them because of the location, affordability, cleanliness, and excellent hosts.

Wow, what a place! Definitely a great find. Clean with new appliances and better tgan your average air bnb decor. With two grandchildren in the area this will be our go to place for long weekends.

Had a wonderful stay. Definitely will stay again in the future. Everything was a pictured, host was on top of everything and very accomodating.

Morning Side was great! It was a pleasure to stay while in town for a conference. The home was well maintained, spacious, clean, and very inviting. Very close to anything you need, yet still private enough to relax and enjoy down time and quiet time. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Morning Side Retreat to anyone looking to stay in the Springfield area. Debbie was a fantastic host! Very pleasant to communicate with and very accommodating.

RJ did a great job, the house was comfortable and pet friendly. The kitchen was very well equipped with even a air fryer. It lacked nothing and was well laid out. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house had a great dog friendly back yard which we enjoyed. We'll book again the next time we're in Springfield.

Loved my stay at Angela’s home. The location was perfect for what I needed. Angela was very responsive and so sweet. The home was very clean and I could relax easily. She even left the lights on for me because I wasn’t able to check in until late that night. Thank you for sharing your home. I will definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless The space itself is stunning—tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. The living area is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to whip up meals. I especially loved the outdoor patio, which was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening Love, love, love this space!

We had a great stay. It was cozy and comfortable. We were here for a bowling tournament and the proximity to both lanes made it perfect for us! There is plenty to do nearby too. We will definitely stay here again.

Great, well-kept room in a beautiful small town with surrounding backroads that are great for driving enthusiasts and people who like a view, good for a nice getaway from a stressful area plus close proximity to a gas station and fast food for convenience.

This place was exactly what we needed! It is very close to all the medical facilities (which is why we were in town) as well as plenty of great restaurants. It’s right next to a BEAUTIFUL city park with lots of amenities. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again! Thank you, Alia!

The place is great! Had a family reunion where part of the family lodged here, one of whom had a baby. The comment was made, "this place is awesome, I had no fear of letting my baby wander around inside." A/C was very quick and efficient. Noise could be heard from the neighbors (thinner walls separating units), but luckily they weren't terrible. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Great place with beautiful surroundings and some very thoughtful touches. The bed is a bit on the firm side, but nice! We enjoyed our stay.

We always stay at Dewayne’s place! It’s clean, he’s quick to respond and close to campus! Perfect for our weekend trips!

The loft was fantastic! It was super cute, comfortable, and roomy. It was in a great location for being able to walk to restaurants. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone interested in staying in the downtown area.

John and Donna were lovely. They met us at the apartment to help us feel at home. The apartment was very large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the sunset from the patio. It was a perfect stay for our little family but would be great for anyone looking to stay in Lebanon. Donna kept in contact and allowed us to do a later checkout to wait out a bad storm before driving back to Texas.Highly recommend!

Heidi and Rose are absolute gems! And the townhome is amazing as well! The entire place is nicely cleaned and has all the amenities you’ll need! If you’re a parent of a young one, there is a rocker/recliner in the “master” bedroom along with the king sized bed which made putting down our infant a breeze. The second bedroom was also fantastic and had plenty of space. The living room has a nice spacious area to lounge and if you have a small one, for them to play. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the laundry area as we came here last minute. The apartment is really close to shops/groceries/the farmers market and also restaurants and the hospital. We came to Springfield and our father unexpectedly passed away, Heidi and Rose were very kind and helped us by accommodating extra days needed to help sort his affairs in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help.

Great little place close to the spring if you’re going to fish. That’s what my purpose was. Unfortunately I only stayed 1 night due to Bennett Spring flooding due to all the heavy rain. The flood didn’t affect the cabin at all or getting to the cabin but since I was only there for a fishing trip I decided to leave as fishing was done due to the high water.

We loved our stay with Dmitriy! Perfect for a little weekend fishing get away! Just enough space that fit 3 comfortably with enough amenities to cook our meals! The coffee provided was delicious coffee & the instant hot water for showering was perfect! Thank you for hosting!!

This is my second time staying on the property, although I was in a different unit this time. Dmitriy is a very nice host and always available if guests need anything. The place is very clean, comfortable and private. It's tucked back in the woods, but also very close to Bennett Spring State Park and the Niangua River. We will be back! Thank you Dmitriy!

Perfect! Nice space, very comfy, everything looked brand new. Beautiful wooded surroundings. Be aware, this is not located in Lebanon. It is a 15 minute drive from Lebanon, a lovely drive.
