Had a wonderful time this weekend and plan to come back. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and a wonderful caretaker of the property. We were treated like family immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay all around. Phil and Ryan - thank you again!

This is our family's third stay, and we're a bit biased as we know we will stay here in the future. Ronald and Amy are outstanding hosts prepare for the stay by asking if you have any special requests. There is easy access to an immaculately clean house that is well-stocked with treats. The furniture is comfortable, and with the open layout, conversation throughout the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas is easy. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are large and clean. The house is easily accessible to downtown and the interstate. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. Lastly, Ronald and Amy check in daily, offering a daily hello and offers of assistance.

It was one of the best vacations I've ever had, a beautiful and complete house, a wonderful and peaceful place, lush landscapes, beautiful waterfalls, I want to go back to the same place in the summer to be able to enjoy the lakes better. I recommend it to everyone.

Very clean and quiet home. Our stay was great we had beautiful views. Sadly we didnt spend alot of time in the home as we were visiting family. Great vacation home if you just want to relax and get away.

Everything on our trip was perfect. The house, the location, the view—absolutely perfect. It's in a very convenient spot, with great restaurants and shops just minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and hand towels available. The living room had ample seating for our entire group, as did the kitchen table and the porch, which made for some really relaxing mornings and evenings. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest and recharge after our days exploring. Parking was also a breeze—there was more than enough room for two cars, and you could easily fit a third if needed. What really stood out was the view. The photos just don’t do it justice. Stepping out onto the front porch each day felt like stepping into a postcard. It’s truly stunning. The host was fantastic—very responsive and informative from start to finish. We felt well taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful weekend! Lizzy’s home was just as described. We enjoyed spending time on the screen porch which had an amazing view of the pond. We even caught a few fish! This is the perfect house to be both secluded in nature but close to town. Flat Rock was a short couple minuet drive away. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Flat Rock area.

Tammy was a great host! Appreciate her opening her home to us. House was clean and instructions were clear. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to downtown Bryson City.

Don and Renie’s place was perfect for my weekend getaway back to WCU. As a host, Don was perfect and accommodating. The views were spectacular and the amenities provided were superb. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit WCU.

Our stay at "Tranquility in the Mountains", was very tranquil. It was quite dark when we arrived Saturday morning. The driveway and entry were well lit. We entered the code on the keyless entry and were in with no problem! The unit was very tastefully decorated, fresh, and clean with a well stocked kitchen, bathroom and super comfy bed! All of the amenities of home. Kelly and family live above the unit, so we would hear movement at times, but this was never intrusive or a bother at all! I highly recommend booking with Kelly, and would like to visit the Asheville area again. I wish we had more time to chill in the mountains and explore this interesting city. Thanks for your hospitality Kelly. The welcome basket was a nice touch!

My husband & I stayed at Emilie’s place and found it to be comfortable, clean, and convenient for exploring Asheville. Communication with Emilie was great. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful! I definitely recommend.

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

Kelsey's apartment was immaculate and nicely decorated. It was super convenient to get to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas, while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kelsey was very friendly and included clear instructions on how to arrive at the property and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. Definitely would use this spot again for our Asheville visits!

Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

Eric was a wonderful host. Directions were very clear and understanding. Although the thermostat is split , Eric was very understanding an adjusted as needed. Great location and get away spot for couples. Very quiet and secured . We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay. We loved contributing to the economy in the recovery efforts of your charming city. Home met all of our needs. Very well appointed and comfortable. Easy to find. Lot of great things to do today close by.

This place is a great stay for anyone looking for a place centrally located in the Cashiers/Sapphire area. Easy and scenic walk around lake Fairfield. Great Mountain View from back patio. Easy access to Sapphire National Golf Course. The place is very spacious with room to spread out for the whole family and it is equipped very well. Roland is responsive and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was well. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for four nights. The views from this home are more incredible than any picture could capture. We stay in many rental homes when we travel. This is the most well appointed kitchen we’ve ever used. Communication with the host was easy and rarely needed. Lots of great instructions on how to do things around the house. And the space was just simply beautifully decorated. I wanted to spend time with my family in a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. This home did just that! Thank you for sharing your home.

Veronica’s house was absolutely perfect for a large group get away. The views of the mountains from the house were gorgeous, the fire pit out back and the huge back deck was great for spending the evening at the house instead of even having to go out anywhere. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed plus more. It’s also less than 15 min from downtown Asheville! Veronica is very responsive and even had me call her when I got there to give me instructions on everything in the house. I will be back!

We had an excellent and very relaxing stay, it was a birthday surprise for my husband, he was excited and very happy, the Cypress villa is very beautiful and the mountain views are excellent, waking up with the view of the mountains and the clouds in the sky is the most relaxing, and Julie is an excellent host she was always very attentive to all the details and answered all my questions very quickly, I definitely highly recommend this villa

This house is so comfortable and so full of fun things to do we couldn’t get to them all. It’s clean, spacious, and the views are beautiful. We had the best time and will definitely be back!
