Robin’s place was great! Just what our family needed. We walked the campus at Emory & Henry and had a great meal at the Italian restaurant within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the house. Everything was neat and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

119 Railroad St was exactly as pictured. It was beautifully restored with modern finishes and decor. It was also so cozy! Everything we needed was right there, from the coffee station to soaps and lotions in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we had what we needed to prepare dinner and meals. We felt right at home! Plus, the location!! We could walk around Abingdon or hop on the Creeper Trail…both are just a block away. There is a TON to do near Abingdon too! We rented ebikes and spent a few hours riding along the Creeper Trail between Abingdon and Damascas. We checked out West Overlook and the Great Channels, which are about 35 min away. We tried to catch the sunset from Grayson Highlands, but the road leading to the trailhead was closed. We still got to see the wild ponies though! We also hiked to Devil’s Bathtub. It was a fantastic getaway! We really loved having our homebase at 119 Railroad St and would love to come back!

Great stay. Beds were super comfortable, the location was great and the living room and kitchen table were a great place to hang out. We enjoyed having meals on the back deck, under the massive umbrella. One note about the kitchen… we did have to run out and buy a pan that could be cooked in because the provided pans were deeply scratched teflon and very worn. We had to run out a second time to buy disposable aluminum pans to make a casserole, as there wasn’t anything at all that could go in the oven. Those are minor but want to warn others to bring a couple of supplies with them if they will be cooking. Also, the road noise is LOUD. It didn’t really bother us, as we are a used to it but just be prepared, if you don’t like noise. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Cute and convenient location. Very close to downtown, close enough to bristol speedway, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you may need closeby. Patio is gorgeous. Playground is down the hill.

We had a lovely weekend in Damascus with family! The house was situated on the edge of town but easily within walking distance of restaurants, the park, and bike rentals for the creeper trail. It was quiet and lovely, and we loved being right by the Appalachian Trail. The house was as described, clean, and sweetly decorated. The only unexpected challenge was realizing that one of the two bathrooms was only accessible through a bedroom, which might be good for couples to know about, but overall we absolutely loved it. Hosts were proactive in communication and easy to work with. Hoping we can come back again!

Jeff was a very hospitable and accommodating host. He communicated well and responded quickly to all our question. He was able to accommodate a late checkout which was very helpful for us and doughnuts greeted us as a welcome gift on check in. 10/10 would recommend and would stay there again.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Excellent place to stay. It is decorated with country charm and the host couldn't be nicer. I had to check in very late and she made sure the porch light was on for me. Very thoughtful.

Barry was an awesome host! This was a very first stay in an Airbnb and it was amazing! The check in and check out process was easy and had very clear instructions. Barry was very friendly and prompt with him responding to any questions we had even before we checked in. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here again! 5 out 5 stars!

We had an amazing experience at Jim's place. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed chatting with Jim and his wife and they provided a lot of great information and were very flexible with our schedule. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great location if visiting Abingdon or Damascus! 10-30 minutes from most attractions and only 1 hour from some state parks. Home was quiet and peaceful in the countryside. Kelsey and Corey were very responsive and helpful.

Truly a great find - a wonderful place. We only stayed here for one night, but we'd have loved to stay longer, and especially in warm weather to take advantage of the pool and amazing deck area! Deborah's place is super clean, and very comfortable. It feels very private, and is well stocked with everything you need, including a great couch and plenty of entertainment options. Deborah was extremely responsive and accommodating, we had some special requests and she was very understanding. Absolutely no complaints, would love to stay again!

Great place walkable to most of the bike shops and the town which has restaurants. Easy in and out procedures as well as parking. Awesome property.

We had a girls trip of 9 who stayed in Bristol at Bethany’s amazing loft. The place was perfect! So much space for everyone. The open concept of the main living and kitchen areas was perfect. We especially loved the porch with several different sitting areas where individual groups could gather to chat. With 9 ladies, of course we used them all, lol. One other great feature for a large group is all the bathrooms. Even when we were all getting ready for the day, we had plenty of space to shower and get ready without feeling hurried. Thanks so much to Bethany who has thought if everything for a perfect stay. We all decided this is a place we would love to book again!

What a wonderful property! We came to town with our family and our cocker spaniel to hike the Channels and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to lay down our heads each night. Janice has thought of every single little detail and we wanted for nothing our entire stay. Situated in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, the condo was stylish and super comfortable and immaculately clean. Plus, it has such a beautiful view. I drank my morning coffee and experienced the sunrise from the living room couch (it was still quite cold outside or I would have been out on the deck). Renting an Airbnb that is pet friendly can sometimes be a gamble, but Janice has perfected the process. The guidelines are in place to keep everything clean and beautiful for guests to come and we found them to be perfectly reasonable and easy to follow. We can’t recommend The Oasis any more enthusiastically. It was a 5-star experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here if we are ever in these parts again.

Great rental in a town full of places to eat and things to do. Rental was close to everything and although we stayed during Christmas and many things were closed, we saw the town has alot to offer.

Beautiful cozy townhouse, very nicely stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The Nest had absolutely anything you could possibly need and more ready. In just a couple of minutes I was at my favorite spots on Main St. Janice was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and looking out at all the beautiful greenery. Thank you Janice!

The Oasis was a beautiful, serene place to spend a few days--meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, and well equipped. Janice provided excellent information and responded quickly to messages. The garden and fish pond created a lovely setting for outdoor relaxation. We're glad we stayed here during our visit to Abingdon.

Seth’s place was great for our week stay. Very clean and spacious.
