Thank you so much for sharing your labor of love with us! The house is so beautiful & all the details were amazing! My kids absolutely loved the little playroom hidden upstairs, and the desk with the play food downstairs was too cute! We had the best time shopping, getting ice cream, but the best was enjoying the house and playing the games that were nicely stocked! We will definitely be coming back this summer!

This was our second time staying here. And we will be staying here again in the future when we come visit family. It is very cozy and a beautiful place to stay. Always clean and host was always responsive very quickly.

My son, dog and I had the BEST time! The hosts were wonderfully accommodating , cabin was adorable, clean and cozy, the setting was legit like something out of a fairytale- The land, creek and nature were breathtakingly beautiful. We cold plunged in the creek, looked for beautiful rocks along the creek bank for hours, enjoyed the fire-pit, explored all around the huge property, cooked wholesome meals, snuggled up to movies at night, and relished in the pristine nature. We are already planning to come back this summer! If you have the chance to visit- don’t hesitate to do so! We have traveled and adventured all over the country and this is by far one of our very favorite experiences to date!

The Cottage was amazing! We had an amazing time! Kim & Jim were very nice and helpful! The firepit was perfectly cozy and they had wood all ready for us to burn. The fireplace was wonderful and set the perfect tone for our 10 year anniversary! The bedroom was nice and spacious, we LOVED the pillows; and the bed was soft yet firm and we slept heavily every night. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils which made it very easy to feel at home with home cooked meals. You can even watch the sunsets from the deck, they're beautiful! The Cottage location was both secluded and convenient spot near the town(s), gas stations, and the trails we inintended to visit. It felt nice to be far enough away from people while still being near a small town should we need anything. We definitely plan on coming back!

We had so much fun! Axe throwing was fantastic and the hottub was amazing!

Place is very cozy. I’d recommend it in the spring as bug levels are lower and you can sleep with the door from the home to the screened in porch open. Bed is very soft if you prefer that and lots of pillow options. Peaceful location.

The house was great, perfect for what we needed. While in town, we had very buys days planned and it was so nice to be able to come back to this comfortable and well kept home. Appreciated! Additionally, it ended up being a very strong-weather weekend, with tornado warnings. The homeowner specially reached out, by phone, to give us the lock code to her basement, in case it was needed. I thought that was very generous. Hopefully, we will be back again next year. We would gladly stay here again.

The owners take pride in their property and it shows! They were extremely responsive to us regarding extra blankets and brought us an extra heater since it was below normal temperatures. Even though it was a rainy weekend, my husband and I enjoyed the beautiful treehouse and majestic views of the lake. We will return.
