We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful property! We visited over the Easter Holiday and opted to stay in and cook instead of going out,just to enjoy the beautiful home over looking Lake Champlain! We attended Mass at St. Ann's in Milton, a very welcoming, beautiful church. The hot tub on the third floor balcony was amazing!! The master bedroom had huge walk in closets to stay organized during our trip. It is peaceful, relaxing home! A nice area to take a walk or ride a bike. This is a very clean, well equipped property. The host was very responsive and friendly! Milton has a very nice locally owned grocery store, Georgia Market, everything you could need was available at this family owned store, it felt great to support the local economy! We will definitely be back! Thank you Errin!

We had two perfect spring days. The cottage was a perfect place for us to explore from.

Miriam's place was just the getaway we needed. The cottage has everything necessary to enjoy our stay, cooking supplies, utensils, and supplies in general. The lake was amazing and serene, SUPs were put to good use and the swimming proved to be quite refreshing. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. We will definitely go back if we find ourselves in the same neck of the woods.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Elmore Cottage; it met all of our expectations for a serene stay with beautiful lake views and spectacular foliage. The cottage was very comfortable and peaceful, with direct and easy access to the lake (for canoeing and swimming). The cottage is also directly adjacent to Elmore State Park, where there is nice hiking to the peak of Mount Elmore. Debra was super helpful with terrific recommendations for food and cocktails, and with any questions we had about the property and local activities. Would definitely recommend!

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

Convenient to our hunting spot, the accomodations were closer and far more comfortable than where we have stayed in the past. Ardie very accommodating, and helpful during our stay. Two of us will be returning in two weeks and hopefully again next year.

This property was the most peaceful stay I have ever had. So quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway while we were in town for a wedding. The stay had everything we needed to make dinners for the family and a wonderful porch overlooking Lake Beebe. Thanks for sharing your space with my family and me. Side note: Dylan was very successful fishing in this lake and the boats made it easy to explore the lake.

The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and full of great amenities. The location was picture perfect, amazing views of the lake and mountains. We had a great time and were able to disconnect for a few days. Local recommendations for food, groceries, activities and sightseeing were great. Thank you Susan and we hope to be back!

I stayed recently with some friends for a Ski weekend. The place was perfect. Very close to smugglers notch resort. Farmhouse is charming and felt like home. The property felt special with the river in back and farm animals. Diana was very responsive/ accommodating. I felt the value was really good. I would book this place again with no hesitation. I hope to come back again soon

The house looks exactly like the photos. It’s comfortable and offers amazing views of the lake. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family. The hosts were very clear about the conditions, flexible with check-in and check-out, and the process was super easy! The area is very quiet, and everything you need is just a few minutes away. The only thing that could be improved is some of the mattresses.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the camp. It was such a beautiful, peaceful, and idyllic setting where we could walk, hike, enjoy the sunsets and fire pit, and relax on the the screened in porch. It was a great base for a couple of day trips as well short drives to St. Albans and the Burlington area for dining. Everything was very well done and as advertised.

Charles was a very good host. The cleaning crew did not show up, but we were notified in advance and it was cleaned personally by his son. The vacuum didn’t work so the floors weren’t clean, but other than that it was a great stay! This location is so charming and is close enough to Burlington to go over for the day/night to explore!

James is a wonderful and knowledgable host who is willing to do whatever is needed to improve guest experience. He was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests and was very courteous and friendly. As other guests have mentioned, he offered to go out and pick up some food for me when I first arrived. I was fortunate to have a few conversations with James about Essex and the history of his AirBnB during my stay, and I really appreciated how informative and kind he is to guests.

Lovely barn in picturesque Vermont. More than glamping but not cushy living. Shower gets hot immediately, full kitchen. We were there in October so the barn gets very cold. Bedding was nice and warm, and we slept amazingly well but hanging in the living room was hard given how cold it was. Must layer up! Jeff was lovely and kind. The surrounding towns are nothing short of quaint and charming. Loved our stay!

Our family enjoyed our time and we were able rest and read and enjoy the hot tub. We were thankful for the games and extra towels that were provided. Having the extra space downstairs to hang out was great! We were also thankful for a good working grill and kitchen appliances since we made all our meals during our stay. Others will enjoy their stay too!

Our second year renting Jeff’s place and it was just as great as the previous. As always, Jeff is a responsive host and is very timely in getting back to us. The house is still great, a few new updates were nice like the new stove. And like previous year, you can’t beat the views! 5/5 thanks Jeff and Family!

Gabriel was the most responsive host I've encountered. Helpful and kind, he provided clear instructions and availed himself for the duration of the stay. My family was so pleased with the location. The pictures are a great representation and the whole place was clean, neat, and tidy. Many thanks!

On our last day we saw a spectacular sunset which was indicative of our whole stay. The star was of course the wonderful setting on the lake. It was enhanced by how tastefully the house was renovated, decorated and fully supplied with everything we needed. It truely exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable experience in the beautiful state of Vermont.

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

Place is clean and modern. View is amazing. Bruce and Virginia are great to work with. Only drawback is the close proximity of the road. Not comparing value to only Vermont so possibly unfair but when compared to other places in the US as well as multiple other countries it could be a better value. We enjoyed our stay.

Staying at the Lakeshore drive cottage was delightful even though it was too cold in early April to go out on the water with any of the many available boats. The fireplace on the porch let us sit out and look over the water even in the chill, and the great chairs and fireplace setup by the water let us watch the sky change colors in the evenings. The house was clean and lovely, with windows everywhere. The hosts were responsive when we had an urgent question, and the house itself had even more amenities than were listed on Airbnb. A lovely week long stay through sun and rain and snow. Minutes away from the Colchester Island trail, and the Burlington greenway and many beaches above and below Burlington. Minutes from Winooski as well, and only 45 minutes’ drive to Waterbury, with Stowe a few minutes down the road. Highly recommend.

We had a great 4-night stay at Kylie's townhouse! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids (and we hosted other family members for dinner each night). The listing was exactly as described. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of parking, and Kylie was very responsive and helpful. The views of Mallett's Bay are stunning. It's easy to get to Burlington and surrounding amenities (grocery stores/restaurants/coffee/playgrounds etc). We would not hesitate to stay again.

Exactly as described in advertisement with the exception of the view from the front balcony and living room -- it is BETTER than described and expected! This a repeat for the future.
