Great place, well priced for UES. Lots of room - great for two people who might need to work or just be on different schedules. Lots of windows, quiet enough. Francesco has really thought of everything you’re likely to need. Well equipped kitchen, extra pillows & bedding, just easy living😊

This place is as great as all the reviews we read. We were a family of 6, one teen and 3 adult kids and the apartment was a great size for us all, we stayed 5 days. The master bedroom is fab, like a fancy hotel room with its own bathroom and enormous tv! The other two bedrooms were perfectly big enough for our four children, all a good size! The bathrooms are perfect, there is lots of hot water and all amenities in the kitchen including the coffee machine work great. There was coffee and filters ready to go which was great. It is a really comfortable apartment to relax in. The Los Palmos supermarket on Bergenline Avenue is small but really well stocked. As described it is 20-30 mins out of Port Authority bus station but the buses (128, 156, 159) are regular and straightforward. The balcony at the front of the apartment gets lovely morning sunshine which was a lovely bonus as we were lucky with the weather. Overal really recommend this apartment for a trip to NYC.

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Second time staying here. Main thing for me has always been cleanliness. Their place is pristine. This will definitely be my go to whenever visiting my family.

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4. We could easily walk to broadway shows, Time Square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, and more. Lots of markets and restaurants nearby, but felt tucked away on a 'quiet' street for being in the middle of everything. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful when we had a minor issue with the door lock. Beds and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen has basic essentials, but for other travelers I'd note there is no can opener and you need to bring your own Keurig coffee pods and S&P. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The home as exactly as advertised, clean and in a prime location. Highly recommend.

This was the best place I’ve stayed and I travel a lot

We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one!

Roberto was very kind, the communication was very fluid, always checking on us making sure if everything was ok, he even gave us the Christmas tree and also a bonfire that we didn't get to use because of the weather. He went the extra mile to make our staying more warm in this holidays.

Lilly was responsive, communicated clearly, friendly. The house is lovely, clean, quiet, close to the commuter rail. Perfect spot for my team and me for the weekend of meetings nearby.

Such a lovely place to stay! Loads of space, nice and close to the L train to get into manhattan, and Ashley was really responsive and accommodating.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this amazing location. Walked to eat and see friends and many coffee shops. Also felt comfortable hanging out in the apartment. Comfortable space and beds. Overall a very good experience.

We have stayed a few times at this property. It’s great. The host is always friendly, helpful and accommodating and also attends to any issues rapidly. The apartment is as depicted - clean, compact and fully serviceable. Beds are comfortable with a queen in one room and bunk beds in the other. Kitchen is well stocked. Neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Grocery, coffee and other conveniences within 2 blocks. We will definitely be staying again.

Séjour très agréable chez Sandra à la Casa Erika. Logement très propre, bien équipé, confortable, lumineux et sécurisé dans un quartier calme. Il est situé à 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Cypress Hills avec sur le chemin, un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Sandra est attentionnée et s'assurera que tout est en ordre pour le meilleur accueil. Elle reste aussi facilement joignable en cas de besoin. Pour un séjour réussi à New York, je recommande cette adresse.

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

Lisa is an amazing host - very responsive and nice! I can definitely recommend her place. I also liked the area a lot which has its own vibe and you have a good bus connection to Port Authority Bus Terminal. Hope to come back one day! Thanks again for everything Lisa
