Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

The house is huge (as the host’s heart!) , fully equipped; the place located within up to 1 hour from most points of interest; we very enjoyed our stay at Barth’s house! Very recommended.

We had an excellent stay for a week in Salzburg. Dagmar is an excellent host and takes true care to ensure you are comfortable. She is an excellent communicator and her supply of recommendations is endless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect the house is very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Roman was very kind throughout all our stay and before.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Arno in St. Johann! Check-in und Kommunikation waren total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und genau wie geschrieben. Arno hat uns gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Dennis‘ Appartement und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Es ist mit viel Liebe und modern eingerichtet. Sauber, ruhig mit super schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Außerdem ist alles im Umland nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Also Lage auch top. Danke Dir Dennis für den schönen Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder. Cheers, Chris

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, sehr nah an den Bergen und ruhig. Den Garten am Haus direkt konnten wir auch sehr gut nutzen, mit Kind und Hund. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Wij verbleven hier 4 nachten voor een skivakantie. Het appartement is mooi en modern met een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving (bergen en dal). Op 15 à 20 min. rijden vanaf diverse ski mogelijkheden binnen Ski Amadé. Wij vonden Zauchensee en Flachauwinkel top om te skiën. De sauna faciliteiten zijn fijn om te gebruiken na het skiën. In de omgeving en op een kwartiertje rijden prima restaurants. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk bij ontvangst en checkout.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Wir konnten richtig abschalten und entspannen. Der Standort ist sehr ruhig und schön und das Haus war sauber. Man hat da alles was man braucht auch zum kochen. Ute ist sehr freundlich uns nett und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen und auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We just had a great time. 30 mins from Salzburg in the car. 10 mins from decent sized town with Billa supermarket and plenty of restaurants etc. We wanted a home from home and that's exactly what we got. Katharina was a great host (even before we arrived). She even offered to get pizza ordered for us for when we arrived. She greeted us well and showed us our facilities - which were perfect. The view from the house to the mountains is breathtaking. Wifi is a little "Shaky" but this was minor for us. I would suggest a smart TV for the living room but again not a big deal with so much to do around the area. The Apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the things one would need for a short stay. The balcony is lovely. We will definitely book again. Thank you, Katharina.

Ein sehr besonderes Haus geprägt von uraltem Charm und diskreter modernen Komfort. Unsere verstreute Familie aus DE, GB und ES hat sich für eine Woche im Advent getroffen und hatten in Stadlerhof viel Platz für 3 Generationen plus Hund. Das Haus ist respektvoll renoviert ohne Kompromisse an Komfort, verfügt aber noch über viele Originalmerkmale. Alle Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet, haben bequemen Betten, sind gut beheizt und das große Badezimmer ist sogar mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr ausgestattet. Josef hat selbst vieles im Haus getöpfert, die Momente zusammen beim Kaffee trinken aus handgetöpferten Tassen, während man sich an den handgemachten warmen Kacheln des Ofens lehnt, werde ich noch lange in Erinnerung behalten. Nach einem wunderschönen Familien Vorweihnachten waren wir uns einig – das mit künstlerischem Flair renoviertem und mit Liebe gepflegtem Haus werden wir gerne wieder besuchen. Danke Josef und Resi!

Das Appartment war sehr schön. Alles war sauber und genau so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Es ist äußerst ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge und eine Pferdekoppel vorm Haus. Ein kleiner Wanderweg mit wenig Publikumsverkehr geht direkt am Haus vorbei. Die Gastgeberin hat uns vor Ort auch noch viele sinnvolle und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Très bon séjour chez Catharina. Le logement est très grand et très bien équipé. Il est proche de beaucoup d’activités touristiques. Catharina et sa maman sont des hôtes très accueillante et prévoyantes.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Sonnehütte war einfach fantastisch! Die Ausstattung der Hütte ist wirklich toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl gegeben hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Hütte perfekt für Menschen mit Hunden und Kindern geeignet ist. Es gibt viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Die Aussicht von der Hütte ist einfach super. Wir konnten jeden Morgen den wunderschönen Ausblick genießen und die Natur in vollen Zügen erleben. Wir können die Sonnehütte nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Appartement ist großartig! Super ausgestattet, sehr gut gepflegt, mit einem kleinen Garten und einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Man hat rundum einen tollen Blick auf die Berge! Zum Königssee sind es zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten und es ist eine super Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Anita und Johannes sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die mir super Tipps bzgl. Wanderungen usw. gegeben und damit meinen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben. Ich bedanke mich für eure Herzlichkeit und komme gern wieder!

This was the 6th year I have been to stay with Renate who is the most friendly and helpful host you could hope for. The apartment is very well appointed and perfect for either a short or longer stay. I have just competed an extended stay for a ski trip. The main Planai gondola is approximately 10 minutes walk with a supermarket located midway on the walk so very convenient. It’s is only a short walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. The apartment is situated overlooking the rivers Enns with a lovely riverside walk. It is a very comfortable apartment with a recently refurbished shower room. The beds are very comfortable and there is a new sofa unit at the dinette. Renate is always looking to improve the apartment and I know she is looking to refurbish the kitchen at some point in the future. I hope to return next year.

Our stay at Daniela’s place was absolutely wonderful! She was an amazing and proactive host responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The house itself is beautiful, with stunning woodwork that gives it so much character and warmth. The area is full of breathtaking views and perfect for endless, calming walks through nature. If you’re looking to unwind, this is the place. The house is well-equipped, cozy, and clearly cared for with love. The products provided were high quality and definitely added to the overall experience. We’re so grateful for the stay and would love to return!

We werden verwelkomd door Barbara - een hele vriendelijke host. Het verblijf is zeer mooi en in zeer goede staat. Alle kamers zijn fijn, het terras is ruim en de keuken is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor het bereiken van de woning moet je een beetje de heuvel op, maar dat is goed te doen. In een garage hebben ze een heel mooie en ruime depot voor je skispullen, waarbij de schoenen verwarmd worden. Voor het skiën is het in ieder geval een zeer fijne uitvalsbasis: de Flying Mozart en de Grafenbergbahn zijn in een kleine 15 minuten te bereiken en het parkeren daar is gratis. De gebieden Kleinarl, Flachau en Sankt Johann zijn ook ongeveer in 15 a 20 minuten te bereiken. Vanuit de woning heb je heel mooi zicht op de pistes. Absolute aanrader!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war top – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den bequemen Betten. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!
