Barbara is a wonderful and caring host with a genuine interest in pthers. The accommodation is set in a beautiful garden and has a lovely cottagey feel. It is in a great location near public transport and a great array of shops. It is also lovely to be able to walk to the beach. Could not have been happier.

Bonus #1 - meeting Lloyd the pony. The kids got a real kick out of feeding him fresh apples straight from the beautiful garden. The property was so beautiful with views of the vineyards as well as the ocean. Bonus #2 - the fireplace and all the wood that was included. We were so warm all night. A beautiful guest house overlooking a gorgeous pool & garden. The homemade lemon cupcakes, fresh bread, chocolate & homemade strawberry jam on arrival were a lovely touch. The amenities were excellent - we loved the bone china teacups + saucer, multitude of tea + coffee options, and luxurious bed linen. Our host Peter was very friendly and responsive to our messages. The checkin & checkout process was simple & efficient. A very pleasant spot for a weekend getaway.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay and was very clean!

The location was gorgeous - balcony overlooks a huge forested area filled with native wildlife. We were able to watch kangaroos, kookaburras and feed parrots whenever we stepped outside. Gavin was extremely helpful and friendly.

The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts Sally & Barry were such a delight. Very helpful and super friendly. We enjoyed our time immensely.

My husband and I had a nice cozy stay at this place. We were given a secured parking spot right next to owner's and the entry to the place was easy to find and private. Anne and Arthur had put a lot of thought and efforts into making it a comfortable stay for us as guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice cozy place closer to the beach.

We absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect getaway, a peaceful escape with a refreshing touch of green, far from the noise of the city. The whole setting felt like it was from another world, with beautiful Hamptons-style décor and that stunning freestanding bath, which added such a special vibe. The welcome pack and champagne were such thoughtful touches and really made us feel at home. The attention to detail throughout the place was spot on. Big thanks to Felix as well—he was incredibly helpful when our drone got stuck in a tree and went out of his way to help us get it down. Highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Great location which is quiet but only a short walk to Mornington.

Great airbnb, especially for those with pets! Tim was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Tiny house was clean, had all amenities and matched the photos perfectly. The location was ideal for us with family nearby, and would suit anyone wanting to be within ~10 mins drive of Geelong City Centre. Highly recommend and we will no doubt be back :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dene Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how peaceful and relaxing the space was. Dene welcome us with open arms.The highlight of the property was definitely the pool – it was spacious, sparkling clean, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen was also very nice – it was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed to cook meals with ease. The open layout made it feel bright and welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in making it so functional and stylish. As for the beds, they were incredibly comfortable! Overall, this place exceeded all my expectations. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great amenities!

Beautifully designed and furnished modern apartment with plenty of space. The place is extremely clean throughout, with comfortable beds, stylish bathroom, and excellent heating/cooling options. Kitchen and dining area is expansive with plenty of storage space. Sizeable bedrooms in the loft with skylights and fantastic block out blinds. Pictures of the apartment are definitely as described. Apartment was easy to find, with off street parking and a simple check in process using a lockbox. Clear communication from Anna, who was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Lovely welcome note provided as well as a very helpful guide to Mornington and the surrounds. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to Mills Beach and a 2 minute drive to the centre of Mornington, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, plus a small shopping centre providing all of the required items (groceries, alcohol, pharmacy, etc). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! We really enjoyed our stay at Lorien & Dean's place. It was beautifully furnished and comfortable with great amenities. The generously supplied breakfast options were a much appreciated addition, making our stay feel more restful and luxurious. The location was peaceful and private, being a short walk to a nature reserve and bike track but also a short drive to other areas. would recommend and stay again.

Tony And Susie's place is a superb getaway in a peaceful setting, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we loved all the little goodies provided and appreciate the thought put into it. the amenities are top notch ( loved the oven/steamer and hotplate ). cooked a marvellous steak on the BBQ. Diamond in the rough, definitely recommend staying here.

The entire property was so tranquil with strong sense of peace we hired all three properties that were incredibly comfortable and stylish. The rising moon and the sun are something to behold on a clear day. Plenty of wildlife and the 1.5km track is worth the walk- met the gardener on the track who was planting trees and told me of trees and shurbs going in this- can’t wait to see that in couple yrs- definitely coming back
