El apartamento 1 delante de la propiedad es donde la anfitriona Frances y Ray viven de forma independiente en la propiedad. No se admiten mascotas de huéspedes en la propiedad. Solo se hacen excepciones con perros guía o de asistencia.

A pocos minutos en coche llegarás al centro de Geelong, Deakin Uni y los 3 principales hospitales de Geelong. A poca distancia en coche de hermosas playas, incluida la Great Ocean Road.
