Sehr gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für ältere Menschen sind die Treppen ohne Lift etwas beschwerlich. Die Tiefgarage ist ein guter Vorteil.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Wunderschöne Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Großzügige Räume. Für 4 Erwachsene mehr als genug Platz. Sehr liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details, jedoch ohne unnötigen Kram, eingerichtet. Sehr nette Gastgeber, perfekter check in und immer sofort erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Anna war unglaublich freundlich, kommunikativ und stets hilfsbereit – von der reibungslosen Anreise bis hin zu wertvollen Insider-Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Besonders gut hat mir die sehr gepflegte Vintage- Ausstattung und Einrichtung gefallen! Es kam einer Zeitreise ein paar Jahrzehnte in die Vergangenheit sehr nahe. Ein Erlebnis für die Kinder und nostalgische Momente für uns! Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mögliche Unklarheiten vorweg ausgeräumt! Vielen Dank!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Sehr komfortabler Check-in und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage war der Skilift sowie die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Groß, alles ist vorhanden was einen schönen Aufenthalt leicht macht. Rainer und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich. Ich komme sicherlich wieder.

Andrea und ihr Mann waren ganz tolle Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns sofort Willkommen und haben ein durch und durch bayrisches Silvester erlebt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

We had a fantastic couple of days. The apartment is beautiful and even better than the photos. Great hosts who were there to meet us. It was well equipped and very close to restaurants, bars, beer halls and the old town. In a great location it was a fantastic apartment for us and our teenager boys.

Wir würden gern noch andere Worte finden als die positiven schon angegeben Bewertungen, weil...es war einfach wunderschön, genau so wie beschrieben und einfach so liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und kuschelig. Es ist sofort zu erkennen, wenn man Bettina sieht, was für eine liebevolle, herzige Person Bettina ist - und Andy bestimmt auch -hatten nur noch ein wenig mehr mit Bettina kommuniziert. :) Ausgangspunkt für soooo viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir waren über Weihnachten da und sie stellte uns noch ein Weihnachtstrauß und eine Weihnachtstüte/Geschenk hin. Sooooo lieb. Vielen Dank für alles. Wer hier was zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Alles Liebe von uns von ganzen Herzen.
