We had amazing stay at Paniolo Greens. It is so peaceful and room was spacious. They are part of time share property by Wyndham. There are all essentials like gas stations, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. It gets dark so I would suggest to check in before sunset but front desk was very friendly and helpful. Desi was prompt in communicating and helpful. We would love to stay again.

I was there with my boyfriend for the week. The location was great! Within walking distance g distance to great restaurants and the best farmers market I’ve ever been to. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so beautiful. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Carla and Joe! It was a little slice of heaven there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Comfortable furnishing and very clean.. Amenities at two resorts are nice to have with additional fees. Mauna Kea beach is one of most beautiful beaches we've visited, absolutely loved it. Will definitely come back to stay here at Kamuela.

This was a great place to stay. Great location, good price, private. Elia was very nice and even reached out to make sure I was doing okay during a storm.

Owner’s are very responsive. Place is very nice with a good view and convenient to the pool. Layout of the house is put together nicely as well.

We stayed at three different locations on the Big Island during our stay to experience each area. This by far, blew every one of them away. We loved this location and the condo. I would absolutely do the extra resort pass, it was worth it! This condo has a great layout for our family of four. Plenty of space for everyone. The large patio was a great place to hang out and eat dinners. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

This location was a perfect base for exploring the island. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could have wanted. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and bird-watching in the morning sun, and everyone we met on the property was friendly and welcoming. Madeline's communication was quick and helpful; all instructions were clear and detailed. It was easy to find, enter, and park at the property. Overall, we loved staying here and would absolutely stay again.

For our short trip this condo was the perfect location for what we needed to do in the Kohala District and Waimea. We typically stay in Kona, so this location allowed us to have less travel time. Great to have a KTA just up the road and different types of shopping experiences between Waimea and Waikoloa. Will stay again.

By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Beautiful view. A very short drive to Hapuna beach which is our favorite beach on the big island. Walkable to the amenity center with an excellent pool and a hot tub, which are usually so empty it feels like a private pool. The place is very spacious and pristine. Photos really don’t do it justice. Well stocked on beach / pool things and home amenity. Kitchen in particular is so well equipped with every possible pots pans tools dinnerware and bakeware. Super easy to do quick food for children. Between the high quality things in the house, and the tasteful decor it feels much more like home than a rental place. The host is very nice and accommodating too. Will make this a default for our annual big island trips. :)

This was a great spot for our family of 4 to explore the Big Island. The amenities for the beach and pool were a fabulous addition! Everything was just as we expected and allowed us to have a wonderful vacation visiting our niece who lives close by.

Joe was a wonderful host to us and we'd love to stay here again or recommend it to anyone. the place was great for the 2 of us, well kept and the most beautiful lanai. we even had some cat visitors in the morning, haha. We had no issues, enjoyed the pool and local areas. Thanks again!

Great place to stay, very clean and well stocked. A little tricky to find the unit in the dark the first night and the lock took a bit of figuring out, but once we were in everything was great. Nice to have the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Great location as it’s near the beaches in Hilo, near all the major roads to go up and down the coast. Everything that they advertised was true. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Also, very good communication by the owners. We will definitely stay again if we are on the big island.

Awesome place, we loved it. We would rent it again. Peaceful area, with groceries store and restaurants nearby. Close enough from the north west side of the island to drive, visit and come back on one day. We were concerned about our late checkin (11:30 pm) but we had no issues, someone was waiting for us with the keys at reception, just had to ring the bell.

Views out windows and from lanai are of nature. Kitchen well supplied. Quiet, family-oriented complex. We loved the bed. Hubby said, as we climbed in to sleep on our final night, “Yeah, I’m gonna miss this bed.”

Absolutely fell in love with this location of the island. More remote, lush, and mins from the famous black sand beach. Started our trip in Kona and ended here. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. The Airbnb was very specious, had a beautiful view, and the pool/hotub were clean. Julie was quick to respond to questions and made our stay wonderful. If you do stay here like she mentions plan to grab groceries beforehand. There are a couple local restaurants that were great in Naalehu, like Hana Houu, Taco Tita, and Punalu'u Bake Shop. There’s also a local farmers market on Wednesday in town. I highly recommended this Airbnb and location. Feels like you’re in a Jurassic park getaway with all the beautiful scenery.

I loved my stay! Sea Star Place was a wonderful host. Flexible for check-in, I was able to arrive at 8pm without any hassle. Thanks for this stay! The condo itself was filled with usefull items like a cooler for drinks and snack on a beach day, beach towels, after-sun skin care products, cooking products and more !

We could not have been more pleased with this Airbnb for our week in Hawaii! The kitchen had everything we needed, the two queen beds were comfortable and perfect for our group of three. The added bonus was beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, towels and snorkel gear. We will be back and recommend this place again and again!

This place met and exceeded our expectations. There were lots of extras that we didn’t expect like 4 beach chairs, beach towels and coolers along with seasonings and storage containers in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in or near Waikoloa Village.
