Will rebook Timmy's place again when we go back to Hawaii next year. There's a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Waikiki beach is about 10-15 mins walk. Its paid to park in the garage but theres free parking spots near the canal (if you get lucky, it gets filled up pretty fast.) There's also plenty of equipments you can use when you go to the beach so you don't need to buy/rent when you get there. The living room area has a stunning view outside and the balcony is a nice place to wind down after a hectic day. We didn't go to the 6th floor but it has the pool, gym, and convenience store. Highly recommended!

My wife and I loved the apartment. Great central location with stores close, beaches just a few blocks away. Enjoyed people watching over the pool. Overall a great stay in beautiful Waikiki!

Great place. Very busy roads being downtown and all, not Jess’s fault at all but know what you’re signing up for. But as far as Jess being a host the place and amenities made up for it. If you’re wanting to be close to the nightlife and restaurants, it’s a pretty sweet spot. Place was very clean, bed was super comfy and had snacks and drinks waiting for us. Jess was a great host, would recommend again.

Aloha! We have been going to Oahu in the past 4 years twice a year. We stayed in Waikīkī this time. It is walkable, it has a lot of food options, shopping, the beach is close too. The city has so much to offer. The place looked just like the pictures, it was clean and they provided detailed instructions and extra towels, beach chairs, etc. Parking was fine however spots are tight and the building has a 6ft height limit and it cost $35/day. Washers and dryers are located on the 3rd floor parking lot, it is convenient because it’s right by the elevators. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with parking questions. The rooftop was closed due to a remodel but we didn’t miss this option at all. Everything was great and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended hosts and place to stay! We will be back in the fall. Mahalo!

Jared always responded to any messages within a couple of hours. He let us know about a faire latest that happened during our stay. The hot water went out in the building, when I contacted Jared, he responded to me within minutes and followed up on the situation in less than an hour. The how water issue in the building was resolved before we returned that afternoon. The room was amazing and the views were even better than in the pictures. When we would return to the room at the end of the day, it felt like home. Somewhere peaceful where we could relax and get a great nights sleep. Although there was a rooster outside of the building that liked to crow at 0300. It time a couple of nights to get used to that!

We had a great time staying here our first time in Honolulu! The place was clean and exactly as pictured. It’s not an ocean view but we really enjoyed the balcony and the canal view we ate most of our meals out there. The kitchen is well equipped! The shower has wonderfully hot water and a nice shower head. The bed and pillows we’re comfortable in our opinion and we got great sleep every night and there’s a nice big tv in the room. Having the beach towels and equipment was an added bonus and the provided laundry pods. The pool and hot tub were also a highlight and the convenience of having a store on the property.

We had a fabulous stay at this Airbnb. The views were spectacular from the patio and the best part (that I didn't find in any other reviews) is that the sun doesn't directly hit the patio at any time of the day (if it did, it would be unbearably hot). So, we spent a lot of time in the patio when we were in the unit absorbing the gorgeous views of the canal, the high rises and the ocean in the distance. The bed was very comfortable for the three of us (two adults one child) and the a/c worked perfectly well making it a very comfortable stay for us. The kitchen was quite small (not sure if this is the norm in Honolulu), but surely usable. While the induction range did the job, it was surely slow to cook food on it. There are two burners on it, but if you turn both on, you cannot independently increase both to the highest temperature - so, we effectively could use just one burner at a time. All of this is to say just keep additional time for cooking if you plan to do so.

Place was excellent. Looks just like pictures. Spacious, clean, easy to check in. Free parking was a great benefit. Short walk to the beach, close to shopping, restaurants. Loved our stay.

Noelle’s condo was the perfect location while we stayed in Waikiki. Great access to everything yet a quiet neighborhood block. We hope to return!

Staying at Liping and Chris’s condo was a great experience! The view was amazing, and the location near Waikiki couldn’t have been more convenient, the parking was a huge plus too! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Liping and Chris were friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay! Lara was very responsive and the instructions made check in seamless. Everything was super clean and comfortable and looked just like the pictures. We loved Four Paddles and the security guards and other residents were very friendly. The pool area was really great and we found it to be very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go in Waikiki but also really easy to get out to explore the rest of Oahu.

Second time staying at this condo and it was just as fabulous as the first, amazing location, great amenities, beautiful ocean view and wonderful hosts, Will definitely book here again.

Exactly how it's described and a perfect stay for a couple in Waikiki. The kitchenette is small and we didn't use it to cook, but it was nice to have the full fridge and microwave when we brought back leftovers or snacks from the local stores. The area of the kitchenette/bathroom is a bit small if there are more than 2-3 people in the space getting ready for any events, but the rest of the apartment is very comfortable. The lanai is great and gets a lot of light in the mornings and there's a whole storage box there full of things for the beach which we appreciated! The beach itself is a few minutes walk away, and the location is great in Waikiki to walk to any local restaurants or stores. Lulei herself was also very responsive to all our questions before and during our stay, and the check in process is streamlined since there are attendants in the lobby specifically for airbnb. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Location, building amenities, staff, aesthetics is 10/10. Denise was responsive and gave clear instructions so the check in process was smooth sailing.

The building (interior and exterior) are a little dated, and could use a refresh. BUT the location is amazing and the view is stunning. We arrived on a there was an annual parade - we had no idea, but there was so much traffic and road closures making it a little hectic getting to the building - but I managed to run out to speak with one of the attendants, and he came and helped us through the traffic to park. From then on, it everything was a breeze. Check in was easy, car valet, they brought up all of our luggage. We got to see the fireworks that evening that was part of the parade celebration from our balcony. The private walkway to the beach was amazing from the hotel and we felt comfortable letting our kids go back and forth on their own. Eating breakfast on the balcony with the amazing views was one of our favourite things. The location is amazing to be able to just walk to the beach in a minute or two, and anything you need is walkable.
