Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área para fogatas en Vrsi

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wszystko super, gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani świeżymi warzywami i miodem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Dostaliśmy nawet możliwość szybszego zameldowania. Dom zgodny z opisem i taki jak na zdjęciach, bardzo przestronny, okolica spokojna.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement parfaitement rénové. Nous avons été très bien reçu avec des recommandations de restaurants, parkings pour visiter le centre ville etc… je recommande absolument ce logement.

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Unser Aufenthalt auf Vir war wunderbar! Die Lage des Appartments ist wirklich traumhaft, ideal wenn man seinen Urlaub ruhiger und etwas abgeschiedenen verbringen will. Dragica ist eine sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Place was easy to find via maps. Has ample parking place. Surrounding area was silent with beautiful homes. The host lives on the ground floor and the apartment was on 2nd floor but easily accessible. The beach is very close and be reached by a short walk. The house is cozy and romantic with all amenities available. The owner is very responsive on the app and very helpful. Overall the stay was excellent.

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Perfect family home. highly recommend! big thank you to the host!

We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vinko und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern und war sehr sauber und großzügig. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet einem aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten die ersten Tage noch kein Auto, konnten aber alles, z.B. einen kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants und den Hafen in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und gut zum Baden geeignet, wenn man Steinstrand mag. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

Mieszkanie było ok, spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Największym atutem był taras - super miejsce, gdzie spędzaliśmy czas po powrocie z plaży czy wycieczek. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu, a fakt, że mieszkanie znajduje sie w piwnicy, sprawiał że można było odpoczac od letniego upału. Mieszkanie ma tylko jedna łazienkę, co czasem było wyzwaniem, ale za to prysznic na zewnątrz zrobił furorę w te gorące dni- świetne rozwiązanie. Lokalizacja jest super- do morza jest bardzo blisko, a na plażę z piaskiem na dnie trzeba przejść tylko 5 min spacerem. W pobliżu znajduje się beach bar, dwa sklepy spożywcze oraz kilka knajp gdzie można dobrze zjeść. To miejsce warte polecenia! :)

We had a great stay in Pakostane. Apartmet was suitably located, good spot for trips and walks. Host very responsive and helful, overall experience 5/5! I truly recommend :)

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen door de vrouw van Zvonimir met een heerlijk wijntje en een borrelplankje. Zij heeft alles duidelijk uitgelegd en vertelt hoe we overal gebruik van konden maken. Een geweldig appartement met alle voorzieningen die werden aangeboden was het voor ons dé perfecte afsluiter van onze vakantie. Het appartement was brandschoon en modern ingericht. Heerlijk bed en een rustige locatie in een prachtig gebied. Aanrader is om heerlijk te eten bij B&T restaurant.

Stipe ist sehe nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super, hell und sauber mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, gerade ein paar Schritte weg. Wir waren eine Woche dort und durch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung auch gut erholt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung weiter.
