A peaceful spot with a very quiet surrounding. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic—she provided everything for a BBQ, including charcoal and dry alcohol. Bicycles were also available, which we used to explore the area.

Wat een geweldig verblijf! Heerlijke jacuzzi met prachtig uitzicht. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt helemaal. We hopen hier zeker nog ns terug te komen!!

모든 것이 편안하고 편한였습니다. 네비게이션에서 찾는과정이 약간 혼선이 있었는데 긴 하나사이로 거리 이름이 달라 다른 호수로 안내하였으나, 길건너로 바로 찾을수가 있었습니다. 다만 아시운점은 저녁난방이 안되서 호스트에게 문자하니 바로 틀어주었습니다. 약간 쌀쌀한날씨에 여행하신다면 호스트에게 미리 연락하시면됩니다. 우리는 랜트카로 유럽여행하는 60대 사돈지간 부부들입니다.

Dit was inmiddels de 3e keer dat we bij Stefania verbleven en het was weer als thuiskomen. Een fijne plek in een rustige omgeving en mooi centraal gelegen in de regio Veneto. En Stefania is een fijne gastvrouw. Wij komen weer terug!

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.

Чудовий будинок та привітні господарі готові допомогти і пояснити в разі потреби . Помешкання цілком відповідає зображеному на фото , 2 спальні , простора вітальня ,кухня , ванна з усім необхідним. Спокійний ,тихий район з добрим сполученням з історичним центром Венеції. Ми гарно провели тут час та насолодилися карнавалом у Венеції.

Luca was a very kind and responsive host. We found the apartment very well prepared, it is in a good condition and has everything you need for cooking etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with a big table for spending your evenings. This matches the description, just be aware that there is no separate room with sofas etc if you travel with more people and look for additional space. We were four and fine with that. We stayed in winter and the area was very quiet as it is mainly a summer holiday destination. The offer of open restaurants, shops etc in the area is much lower during off season. You can get everything you need in the town centre though, and get there by car or bus. Parking at the house was easy and safe in the yard with a closed gate.

Wir waren zu dritt für einen Kurztrip in Venedig (Freitag bis Sonntag). Mit Andreas Unterkunft hätte es uns nicht besser treffen können! Andrea hat uns genaue Anweisungen zum Check-In gegeben. Wir haben ihn zufällig getroffen, als wir grade ankamen. Er hat uns nochmal alles gezeigt und ein paar total wertvolle Tipps gegeben, die uns als Touristen nicht bewusst waren! (Waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort) wir haben dann ihm eine perfekte Anbindung zur Insel, sowie grandiose Tipps zum Essen und trinken direkt um die Ecke erleben dürfen. Wir buchen super gerne jeder Zeit wieder und ab sofort ausschließlich diese Unterkunft! Besser geht’s nicht 😍

O kadar güzeldi ki, daha çok vakit geçirmek istedik. Geniş, ferah, kaliteli mobilyalar, lüks ve modern içinde hissediyorsunuz . Ayrıca italyanın eskiden gelen mükemmel mimarisine de sahip. Ayrıca ikramları, düşünceli yapıları o kadar iyi hissettirdi ki. Bulunduğu kasaba çok tatlı, konumu, çevresi, otopark imkanı, bunların hepsi rüya gibi zaman geçirmemizi sağladı. Aklımda hep olacak burası ve rotama uymasa bile saatlerce yol sürüp sırf tekrar kalmak için planlamamı yaparım. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik

Es war hervorragend, alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch mehr Ausstattung als in der Beschreibung. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Preis Leistung Verhältnis definitiv wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage und im Haus selber sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. 10/10!

Excellent logement, spacieux, impeccable, très propre avec toutes les commodités. Belle décoration du logement. Énormément de livres et jeux pour se sentir comme à la maison. Accueil formidable de la part de Tiziana, très chaleureux, avec plein d'attentions à notre arrivée (gâteaux, douceurs et boissons pour les enfants) et tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer notre premier repas. Elle nous a aussi donné des billets pour aller en bus à Venise et a été très disponible pour nous donner pleins d'informations sur Venise et le quartier (commerces, restaurant s), ce qui nous a facilité notre séjour. L'arrêt de bus pour aller à Venise est juste en face du logement, passage toutes les 10 minutes. Notre voiture est restée garée dans le jardin du logement durant tout le séjour, un grand plus ! En résumé, une excellente adresse, avec une hôte formidable, dans laquelle nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wir waren das 3. Mal in Lido di Jesolo - die Wohnung von Mauro war bisher die beste! Alles war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir, dass die Wohnung sehr sauber war; das war mit einem 10 Monate alten Krabbel-Baby goldwert! Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Ein Plus sind WiFi, Mikrowelle (Babynahrung) und Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (nahe dem Piazza Milano) und doch ruhig. In 5-10 Gehminuten ist man am Strand (Strandplatz von Mauro = 2 Liegen + 1 Schirm ist gegen separate Gebühr benutzbar) und auf der Via Altinate, wo abends das Leben spielt und die meisten Restaurants und Gelaterias sind. Bäckereien gibt es mehrere in der Nähe genauso wie einen Supermarkt und ein erlesenes Fischgeschäft. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, haben uns in Mauros Wohnung wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen! :-)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig (vor allem die Terrasse) und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend (direkt an der Promenade, aber das Kinderzimmer ist auf der ruhigen Rückseite; nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt). Zudem steht im Innenhof ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Valeria und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für dieses Gesamtpaket war der Preis, den wir (in der Nebensaison) bezahlt haben, absolut in Ordnung. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand zu verbessern wären: Die Türen (insbesondere jene zum Kinderzimmer) lassen sich teilweise nur recht laut öffnen und schließen und sollten vielleicht geölt werden. Zudem könnten an den Fenstern und Türen Mückenschutzgitter angebracht werden. Sonst alles top, vielen Dank!

Super expérience : Andrea est très pro et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé : dans un quartier calme, proche de pizzerias et gelaterias de top qualité, proche aussi de la gare et de l'arrêt de tram pourVenise. Enfin L'appartement est grand, clair et très confortable. C'était un plaisir de l'habiter le temps de nos vacances à Venise !

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

Unsere Anreise erfolgte vor Weihnachten und das Appartement war weihnachtlich dekoriert und auch ein heschmückter Weihnachtsbaum stand im Wohnzimmer. So etwas nettes hatten wir nicht erwartet. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Gegenüber vom Appartement befindet sich ein Supermarkt und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße. Gastgeber sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Bald kommen wir wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Questo alloggio a Jesolo ci ha sorpresi molto, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Jesolo. Casa ben situata in una zona molto tranquilla e con tanto verde intorno è situata in una bella zona soprattutto. Vicini super simpatici, che dire è uno di quei posti in cui vorresti subito tornare per non parlare del design della casa e la pulizia e l’immenso spazio che c’è. Se volete passare una piccola vacanza a Jesolo o un weekend in tranquillità vi consiglio questo alloggio.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente, posizione ottima e host gentilissimo e presente. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario a un prezzo più che adeguato.
