Renta de villas vacacionales en Villach

Casa ampia ed in ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni. Pulizia impeccabile e comodità dei letti ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. La presenza dei tre bagni la rende fruibilissima anche per tre coppie come nel nostro caso, anche se una delle camere é un po’ piú piccola. Apprezzabile la disponibilità dei detersivi per la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice (cosa che molte volte non capita). Da tenere in conto che la casa é disposta su due livelli: un piano rialzato per la zona giorno ed un primo piano per la zona notte, accessibili solo attraverso scale. Questo può creare problemi a persone con difficoltá motorie.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen Skiurlaub mit 14 Personen genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, man kommt in 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, von wo aus Busse einen zur Gondel-Talstation am Kitzsteinhorn bringen. Auch der nächste Supermarkt sowie der Ortskern von Kaprun sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft schön und hat für unsere Zwecke sehr gut gepasst. Mit deutlich mehr als 14 Personen wäre es uns persönlich eher zu eng geworden, aber für unsere Gruppengröße hats gepasst. In der Beschreibung des Airbnb könnte ansonsten noch etwas klarer formuliert sein, dass es keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Öl/ Essig gibt und auch keine Seife in Badezimmern und Küche gab (beides fand ich etwas ungewohnt für ein Airbnb). Aber das ließ sich vorweg schnell und gut über den Host abklären. Als letztes sei noch positiv hervorzuheben, dass uns die Hausverwalterin sehr freundlich und schnell ein Starterkabel fürs Auto organisierte, als es nicht ansprang.

Un’ottima sistemazione . Il casale con cantina, molto bella e ben ristrutturata con una magnifica vista sui vigneti che la circondano. A pochi minuti da Gorizia e Nova Gorica, un’oasi di pace la casa ha ogni comfort ma allo stesso tempo molto genuina un eleganza di altri tempi , così come lo sono i proprietari, Si percepisce dai dettagli della casa hanno molta passione e sono molto rispettosi della natura che li circonda. Colazione generosa, griglia e arredamento da esterno. Ideale per soggiorno in compagnia di amici o famiglia numerosa.

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Haus war noch ein wenig ausgekühlt. Da kam der Gast Geber sofort zur Hilfe und hat uns schnell den Kamin angemacht, bis die Fußbodenheizung sein übriges getan hat. Wir kommen wieder

Our family of 4 had a great stay at the House of Adventure! The hosts met us on arrival and enthusiastically shared their recommendations on what to do in the area. The home was comfortable and well-equipped and features endless hiking and cycling just out the front door. Ljubljana, Lake Bled, and other must-see tourist stops were an easy day-trip for us. We would highly recommend this stay!

What’s not to like about our stay at the Villa Laura! It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly, is well equipped with everything you need, and strategically located close to town. The host, Ziga, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A couple of tips. There is a great restaurant called Fine Food Berc within a 5 minute walk from the Villa Laura. For those more active folks jogging around the lake is a great way to start the day and only 4.5 miles or take a hike up the small ski hill near Ziga’s place to capture some beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

Wir haben im Februar ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschönen, großen Forsthaus verbracht – und das als Gruppe von acht Personen, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Die Mischung aus historischer Atmosphäre und modernem Luxus hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Besonders der Saal mit dem Kachelofen, die komfortablen Schlafzimmer und die vielen Möglichkeiten, den Tag unterhaltsam zu gestalten, haben uns begeistert. An Küchenutensilien hat es uns nicht gefehlt. Alles war blitzsauber und Handtücher in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass ein aromatischer Saunaaufguss gefehlt hat, wobei es in der nahen Umgebung bestimmt einen Drogeriemarkt gibt. Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus. Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Amicie war sehr freundlich und antwortete immer schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Alles war perfekt! Waren schon zum 2. mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay in this house. A lot of space, big rooms, very well equipped kitchen and a big living room. Just a five minutes walk to the grocery store, the city center, the ski bus to Saalbach and Kaprun and the slopes in Zell am Zee. We have made several trips to different countries and stayed in various apartments and houses during skiing season, but this was one of the best. Michael responded very quickly to our questions and made sure that we had a great stay. We can really recommend this house.

Veramente una casa bellissima, Ajdin gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere per qualsiasi cosa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Zugang zum See ist echt mega schön und durch die Sauna und den Whirlpool ist es eine wahre Wohlfühl-Oase. Alles nötige ist vorhanden und Bernd stand jederzeit helfen und mit Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir waren schon in verschiedenen Häuser, Hotels und Wohnungen am Wörthersee und dies war mit Abstand das schönste.

Een gastvrouw met een warm hart. De bestemming was een paradijs in het midden van de natuur maar met alle comfort. Prachtig uitzicht van de verschillende balkons. Gelegen langs een wondermooie rivier. Leuke wandelingen. Top zwembad om te verfrissen. Wat een luxe in de mooie Sloveense natuur.

Nettes Haus in schöner Gegend, alles vorhanden für einen entspannten Urlaub. Freundliche Gastgeberin, die gerne kommuniziert und Tipps gibt. Super leise in der Nacht. Unserem Hund Seppi hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder hier her!

Es ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein kleines Häuschen, das an ein großes Haus angrenzt, mit einem großen, idyllischen Garten und einem großartigen Pool , von dem aus man das ganze Tagliamento überblickt. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Infos versorgt hat. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Alimentari mit kleiner Bar. Für Wanderer gibt es den Monte Pala und einen wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Weg nach Vito d'asio über San Martino- vor der Haustür !

tout était parfait. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. La région est très belle. Mauro est très réactif et nous a donné de très bons conseils de visite aux alentours. Si nous devons revenir, nous reviendrons là, c'est certain.

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Kinder haben den sehr großen Garten (mit Pool, Trampolin und Schaukeln) geliebt. Die Nähe zu Hermagor ermöglicht alle notwendigen Einkäufe. Rund um das Haus herum befinden sich Tagestouren, die auch mit Kindern gut zu bewältigen sind.
