It has 4 bedrooms: Master on 2nd floor with king bed - Master on 3rd floor with king bed - Bedroom on 3rd floor with queen bed - Bedroom on 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. The outside of the home features a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, fire pit, corn hole, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the ocean and historic St. Augustine.
