O apartamento é ótimo com dois quartos espaçosos é muito confortáveis. Estava muito limpo e é muito silencioso. Próximo da estação de trem para deslocamento a pé ou com Vaporetto. Elda é muito atenciosa e rápida nas trocas de mensagens, além de se preocupar com mínimos detalhes no apartamento como ter café, torradas, geleias e itens de limpeza pessoal. Agradecemos muito!

We enjoyed this apartment. It’s a very nice layout and has a beautiful balcony. It is also fairly close to the train station which we enjoyed.

appartamento in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere Venezia in bus. nelle immediate vicinanze supermercato, pizzerie e mc donalds. consiglio come appoggio per Venezia. appartamento ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario. ci sono stato una notte con la famiglia. un bambino di 10 e una di 7 anni. appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore

A wonderful place to stay. The bedroom opens out onto one of the rivers (but don’t worry not constant water traffic!) my daughter was obsessed with opening them to sit and watch the water every chance she could. One of the best showers I’ve had. Good pressure and temperature. Check in instructions with photos was perfect and reassuring. Communication responses and advice by Valeria was invaluable and her flexibility regarding our check out was very helpful. The place is a lovely walk away from everything. Nice and peaceful and was perfect for our stay. Thank you so much!

Quite place only a short walk to the centre of Verona and the Arena and Piazza Bra. Bus very close that takes you to the Cathedral and Ponte Pieta. Private parking too. Enjoyed the stay

Grundsätzlich eine tolle Unterkunft. Alles hat super geklappt. Es gibt einen Aufzug! Die Terrasse ist zwar für alle, war aber großartig und wir waren immer alleine dort. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: ein paar Ablageflächen in der Dusche und neben dem Waschbecken wären hilfreich und eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher wäre wünschenswert.

Appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno fuori porta. Host gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo se si arriva in macchina (disponibilità di parcheggio per macchine piccole), forse un po’ meno per chi arriva in treno.

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole a casa di Pietro. Appartamento molto confortevole e spazioso, curato in ogni dettaglio. Sistemazione ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. Venezia è proprio accanto. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero piacevole. Mi piacerebbe molto tornarci! Grazie!

Un buen sitio para quedarse mientras visitas Chioggia. Céntrica, y fácil de llegar desde el autobús o el Vaporetto. No tiene ascensor, pero solo es un tramo de escalera, se llega fácil y la casa es cómoda. Merece la pena además la pizzería de abajo. Estuvieron atentas y solucionaron rápido un problema con la calefacción.

L'alloggio di Marco è comodo e confortevole. Posto auto all'interno della proprietà con possibilità di ricarica elettrica. Giardino con tavolo e sedie, per un pranzo all'aperto. Si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi il supermercato. Da visitare Adria, Chioggia con la possibilità di un Traghetto per Venezia.

The apartment is in a very quiet and safe place, you have a closed parking lot. The Appartment is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms, it is good for a large family. When you come here, you will feel comfortable.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

Claudia’s place was wonderful and she was very flexible and helpful with restaurant recommendations, parking, etc. Her place is right off the main square and was clean and comfortable for 3 adults and a baby; Claudia even provided a crib for the baby. It is close to all the main sites and great to be right in the square next to the beautiful Palladian Basilica.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
