We had a perfect short break and could chill inside the apartment, on the patio area and explore on foot from the property enjoying walks by the sea and restaurants in the evening. All enhanced by wonderful weather!

Second time we've stayed here and, once again, what's not to like? Comfortable, cosy and best of all, a fantastic location. All the main centres are easily reachable within comfortable walking distance and we didn't use the car once. A super relaxing experience.

Anna's flat was perfect for our family reunion. Everything we needed was there. Parking was easy and we had a very relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely stay looking over the beach. Thankyou both for this lovely relaxing weekend. Jackie and Leigh.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

I booked The Osborne Retreat for my Mom to stay local in Warsash whilst she came to visit from Florida. The space was very clean, she had exclusive use, had all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen plus fresh linen. Ample storage space and layout of the space made it feel larger. Great location across the road from a park and very close walk to the local shops! Clare was very communicative and made the whole stay very easy and relaxing.

Lovely place , in a great location opposite the beach , the views are amazing . The place is spotlessly clean & has everything you need for a relaxing break . Rowena messaged to tell us we could arrive a little early as the cabin was ready our arrival , which was appreciated . There are plenty of cafes , restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance , which we found very convenient . We were extremely lucky to have found Olive House. Everything in the house are just perfect or even better than described. Kimberly the Host was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. We were greeted by a vase of beautiful roses and a box loaded with bread, jam, chocolates and chips and useful sightseeing information. There was even supply of fresh milk and butter in the fridge. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including a bottle of cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, teabags and coffee pods. The appliances are like new. All very clean, modern and function perfectly. The coffee machine even comes with a milk frother! A B&O Bluetooth speaker stands by for us to use. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchen, the living room and the en-suite bedroom all enjoy nice river views and we can see beautiful sunrise. It’s extremely quiet and we all had good sleep. I’d definitely recommend Olive House.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this cozy detached house in the Isle of Wight. The stunning sea view was a real highlight, and the peaceful location made it ideal for a relaxing break. The house was clean, warm, and perfect for families, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Both the host and property manager were very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a family getaway—we’d love to come back!

Fantastic house that was well suited to our group. Everything was spotless on arrival and the one tiny issue was quickly solved. The house is well laid out with great-sized living space and bedrooms. Yes there are a few quirks, like in the top room plugs a long way from the bed, but apart from those it was great. There are not quite enough dining chairs or wine glasses for a large group of adults, but we easily made do. And the location is fab. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful and yet an easy drive to local attractions. Go to Portsmouth Naval Dockyard if you can. HMS Victory and the Mary Rose are worth the big entrance fee by themselves. As a group we go away almost very year at least once, and this was the best house we have ever had. So I am confident that we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

Roxanne was so helpful in accommodating us for a last minute request and making sure we could check in early with our baby. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. It was well equipped with everything we needed, even toys for our little girl! The location was great being right next to the beach and the caravan site was very quiet. Roxanne was very responsive to any questions we had and all instructions were very clear. We were just gutted we only got to stay for one night, so will definitely be returning or trying one of the other caravans out ☺️ Thank you again Roxanne and for your lovely caravan! X

Corrine’s cottage is in an excellent location, very easy to get to the high street which has loads of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Inside the cottage it’s super lovely, comfy and clean. Hard to fault to be honest, we’ll definitely be choosing the same location if it’s available next time we go.

We had a lovely 3 night stay as a family of 4 plus our dog and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the new forest and coast. The accommodation was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches, and finished to a high standard plus the view of the sea is a real bonus! Nicky was a great host

Pure Bliss by the Sea This place is honestly a dream. Right on the water, super peaceful, and just stunning in every way. The design is super minimal but beautiful—everything you need, nothing you don’t. It’s got this calming vibe that makes it really easy to just relax and breathe. It’s one of those spots where you instantly feel like you could stay forever. Whether you’re watching the waves, reading a book, or just doing nothing at all—it all feels perfect here. Total reset from the real world. If you’re looking for a place to recharge and escape for a bit, this is it. Already planning my next stay.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

super apartment with fabulous sea view. Great situation for Southsea and Portsmouth with everything in either walking distance or easy bus route. Great choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!
