The hot tub was fantastic and the cottage is very well-equipped, clean and tidy and spacious. It was nice having the donkeys as neighbours and the location is peaceful and a beautiful part of the country.

Me and my partner had a fantastic stay at this great property. Davina has gorn above and beyond on detail to this property perfect for a romantic weekend away. Welcome hamper was also a surprise and great thought from Davina. Davina was also very responsive to messages. Overall property was also squeaky clean not one fault with this property. An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. I had a fantastic experience staying here! From the moment I booked, the communication was smooth and seamless. The home was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and I felt like I was in the heart of everything yet still able to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. The only issue we had was with the hot tub which was sorted the following day. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to feel at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The host went above and beyond to ensure the hot tub was fixed, and even provided some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Check-in was hassle-free, and I appreciated how welcoming and responsive Host was. I truly felt taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

Our group of girls had such a lovely stay. The house was so beautiful - so much attention to detail. The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen well equipt for cooking big dinners. The hot tub at the top of the hill was delightful. The fire in the living room makes it so cosy. Axbridge is only a 5 minutes walk down the hill and has 2 pubs. We would definitely love to return in the summer!

A lovely little cottage that was full of character and very welcoming. A very short walk to the beach front and all the local restaurants/cafe's etc. Outside space was small but delightful and a very efficient/clean hot tub that looked brand new. If you like walking, the coastal paths to the Gower are nearby and beautiful, we were blessed with the weather so spent a lot of time walking, much to the delight of our dog, who also had an amazing time. Jonathan was a great host who was friendly and informative, always prompt in responding. Altogether, a fantastic break for my husband and I, a definite thumbs up 👍

We had the best weekend at 64. It was my second time of staying and it was just perfect again. The space is well laid out and spacious. Everything we needed was there with us which made everything easy. Very relaxing and active weekend. We will return :)

We had a lovely stay at the Heron lodge, I felt like Pocahontas! So much wildlife, had a resident Pheasant I named Hew, a mink, bats, frogs, fish so many different birds. It was beautiful. The hot tub was fantastic, the cabin was compact but didn’t feel small. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was a decent size. There was an onsite shop, the coffee machine was out of order however, one of the lovely staff made me a nice coffee for the drive home. Late check in was very easy and Owen was really responsive to messages regarding late arrival. All in all, 10/10 for a peaceful relaxing stay! Will recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Had fantastic stay at the lodge, which is very much on the lake! We enjoyed amazing views both during the day, and at night watching the stars. We had a lovely day out at Cefn Mably farm, very short walk from the lodge. A great Birthday weekend!

Loved staying at Poppy cottage. A great spot for a quiet weekend away with the girls with easy access to Bristol and other attractions nearby.

Absolutely loved our weekend getaway at the Cefn Mably Lakes cabins! The location is gorgeous, and the cabin is super cute, with everything you need. The wildlife is stunning, we saw so many frogs, fish, birds and even an Otter we named Oscar! The hot tub was perfect too, lovely to go in day or night. Owen’s really helpful, and replied almost instantly. We can’t thank you enough, would definitely recommend!

Deborah is a brilliant host! Responsive, flexible and above all really friendly. Greeted us at the Airbnb and gave use the quick tour of the place which was helpful because you want to know how to use things like the hot tub and coffee machine. The place is spotless and it was far better than the photos give credit for. One of the best value places we’ve ever stayed. All of the gadgets were top quality, great coffee machine, hot tub was awesome, WiFi was good, they have a good speaker there so you don’t need to bring your own, all the kitchen utensils were high quality and clean too. Little touches like the soap and sprays around the place were all good quality too and some good board games under the coffee table to get involved in too. They clearly know how to host well and spent the time making this space a perfect little getaway for a small group. We also drive 20mins and did a nice hike of cheddar gorge too which I’d recommend.
