We had a great time! Awesome community with walkable restaurants and bars. We loved the local beaches. The people at the complex were super nice. Our four boys loved running from the pool to the beach. Everyone we met was very nice. Great instructions and recommendations. Loved it!

We love the place ! Comfortable unit with 2 bedrooms and amazing ocean view from anywhere! We definitely will came back ! Everything was Easy and very organized ! And the beach was very nice also !

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

Great place to stay in Marathon. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, souvenir shops, etc. Very clean, well kept living space and lovely balcony for morning coffee. Pool area is great to relax in. If you are looking for a home base to have while enjoying all that the Keys offer, this is a great place to stay!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

Saw some reviews on TripAdvisor about the marina staff being rude. They were a little curt at first but became pleasant after we were polite and patient with them. The condo is about 20ft from where they park the boat for you and we were allowed to stay out past closing since we were staying with them. If you’re wondering how the fishing is in the Gulf, we are very inexperienced fishermen and still caught all sorts of exotic fish and small sharks from the boat and the nearby bridges, hundreds each day on the boat including the several mackerel and snapper we had for dinners. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, a giant grouper, and 8ft sharks. The beds weren’t great (2 crappy twins and a queen, rest of us slept on couches), the hot water was barely warm, and the TV was probably 15yrs old, but we were there for the fishing anyways. Not a fancy resort experience for sure, but worth it if you just need a base of operations in the Keys.

The condo was perfect and like a home away from home. We were given recommendations on things to do and any questions we had were answered quickly. I loved kayaking in the canals and was able to see a sea turtle, dolphins, and manatees. Would love to return!

The view is beautifully tropical with the ocean water alternating turquoise blues! The white sand beach, palm trees and sparkling pool added to the ambience. The condo had everything we needed, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs were a plus. There is a high school next door so you can expect high school activities. As it was our first experience in the keys, the location worked well for us. We could go back and forth across all the keys and experience what they had to offer.

The photos and amenities were exactly as described. The home was comfortable and Glenn is amazingly responsive. His air blasts cold, the pool was heated and the grounds were nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice. There are a lot of activities nearby ranging from kayaking, to snorkeling, to boating. The pool in the complex was great! We would definitely stay there again.

This location is the jewel of the Keys. Private, safe and with an incredible view of the ocean and sunrise. I’ve stayed many times in the area and this is absolutely the best. Owner is extremely helpful and available for any questions. Condo has a well stocked kitchen for cooking with great restaurants nearby. Big, fluffy oversized towels are provided. Being on the second floor near the stairs made that the easiest route in and out. Great group of people we met at the pool, many returning every year for extended stays. Just a wonderful place and hoping to return again next year. Thank you so much, Jeanette!

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving week. The place was nice, clean, and quiet. My kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool. The condo had plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained. The Keys have lots to offer, so there is always plenty to do. Donna was very responsive, the check-in was very simple, and we had a great time. Thank you for hosting us.

Host was great, beautiful ocean view. Unit was clean, had basic necessities. Somewhat updated, comfortable bed. The host was accommodating to my families request for our family member with special needs. That’s very appealing and appreciative. Thank you! We would stay here again.
