The host was cooperative and he helped us with the queries we had.

Clean bathrooms, Private Pool, Kitchen which had everything, Clean Bedrooms, Clean Furniture, Private Terrace. All the restaurant nearby, All the beaches Nearby, What else do we need? James was super responsive. Will definitely visit again.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

It was a great experience. The place exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and peaceful. The caretaker was responsible and friendly. Completely worth your time and money. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Oma Koti was absolutely wonderful. Zac has been one of the most responsive, proactive, and genuinely caring hosts we’ve encountered on Airbnb. He regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which made us feel truly looked after. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the facilities you could ask for. Zac clearly has an eye for antiques, and the home reflected that charm and character in every corner—adding a unique warmth to the space. His thoughtful recommendations for local food and hidden gems also helped us explore the quieter, more soulful side of South Goa. An incredible place to call home, made even better by a host who truly goes above and beyond.

Had a really great stay here at this warm and humble abode. The place was cozy, well-designed, and had all the right amenities to make it super comfortable. Plenty of space too, which was a big plus. The location was perfect - really close to the beaches, making it easy to explore. We had a great time at SK Villa. We cooked some fabulous meals and watched many movies together. Walked to the sunset beach and martins. Walked around the house. Maid was super nice and helpful. I and my friends throughly enjoyed our vacation. Sylvester was super helpful and took care of us. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back again to stay. This place is more beautiful than pics do justice.

I had an amazing stay at Almas’ Airbnb near Baga Beach. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home. One of the best parts was the daily cleaning service, which kept the place fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Almas was a fantastic host -friendly, helpful with recommendations, yet gave complete privacy without any unnecessary interference. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from all the best restaurants, beach attractions, and nightlife spots, making it super convenient. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and private stay near Baga Beach, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Place was nice, clean and cozy. Locality is quite safe with market just at a walking distance. I was also working remotely, internet connection is quite good and there is also a Starbucks few mins walk away to work from. Luis was very polite and friendly. Kitchen is a bit small in size for regular cooking but good enough for making easy dishes. Would definitely recommend.

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Awesome stay,with all modern amenities. Liked every bit of our stay. The only thing that i felt could be improved was pest control in the kitchen. There were some ants on the slab. Totally recommend this place!

Had an amazing time at Diogo’s place in Goa! Super friendly host, the stay was clean and comfortable. He helped us get bikes and suggested some awesome spots for breakfast and lunch. Really easygoing and helpful throughout. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a stay near Calangute or Baga!

Had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s villa in Candolim. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Location is excellent—easy access to scooty rentals and close to everything you’d want to explore in North Goa. I stayed here just for a night, definitely felt like home. Compact house but very clean! It has a great view of the backwaters, a spacious balcony with sitting setup. Overall it was very peaceful and comfortable. The host was very kind to allow my family for a quick freshen up in the morning before I checked out. I highly recommend this place for a group of 1 to 3 people!

One of the best stays I've had in India. A cute gesture by the hosts to have clear instructions put up throughout the apartment, and the place is better than the photos. Hosts are very proactive and super precise with instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget.
