The house was clean and tidy. We only stayed one night but it served our needs. Teresa was very friendly and helpful even after a long days work.

Very quiet neighborhood to have a lake get away. Enjoyed sitting in the back porch and watching my son and husband play in the creek.

The home was everything that was advertised. We understood that the lake would be down this time of year so we were not concerned about that. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and everything in the home was clean and working. We really had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving here and will be looking into coming back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the lake!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfectly quiet and secluded, offering the ideal escape. The interior of the home was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Mary Beth, the host, was an absolute delight! She was easy to communicate with, very understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and essentials, which made cooking a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough it exceeded all expectations. This place was so unique and worth every penny. This is the first time I have stayed in a house actually on the water. It was so peaceful and the water was tranquil. I have already recommended this home to my friends.

The stay was great and easy access to walking downtown and all the things to do in South Knoxville.

Tim and Candy (sorry if that's wrong) were awesome hosts! They're super nice, very responsive and attentive. The BNB is private and very homey. They provide everything you need to cook and to do laundry. The bed is very comfortable and is equipped with nice linens. Overall a great BNB, with great hosts.

Lori’s place was just as described; simple and clean. She was very communicative and helpful. Approximately 15 min drive to public dock for fishing, grocery store & restaurants.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was very affordable and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

We had a great experience working with halo. Their customer service is top notch. They were super responsive and very friendly. They even had a cork screw delivered to us the night we arrived because the one in the unit was broken. The location was perfect for us because it was right next to the venue we were going to on our second night. The first night we were there the night club was pretty loud, but there are blackout curtains and we brought a noise machine so it wasn't an issue. Honestly I have no complaints, and only amazing things to say about the customer care. 5⭐

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

This place was great!! Beautiful Airbnb for a great price. Walkable distance from old city which was a huge perk! Snacks were generously provided and place was very clean, safe, private, and well kept!! 10/10 experience, I would absolutely stay here again!

Mike was an amazing host! He was able to get me an early check in which helped me out a lot. Per his recommendation we checked out Market Square. Which is a must if you stay here. There are so many shops and restaurants! We ate at Tupelo Honey for dinner, Ruby Sunshine for brunch, and before we left I had to stop at Coffee and Chocolate. The staff at all places were very friendly! Mike thank you again for a wonderful stay. I will for sure be returning! :) :) :)

The place was in the perfect location for our UTK visit. Entire campus was walkable from the apartment and parking was easy in what is a very congested area. It’s not a large space but the owner utilizes it well and it more than met our needs. Really appreciated the water and snacks on arrival that was a great touch! Would stay here again.

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our family vacation in Gatlinburg and whole experience only got better with this AirBnB unit that made us feel extra comfortable. It 100% felt like another vacation home away from home, with all amenities, privacy, quiet environment and beautiful view of smoky mountains.
