Apartma je zelo prostoren, lepo urejen in cist. Super terasa dostopna iz sobe in dnevne sobe/kuhinje…celi dan obsijana s soncem. Mirjam in Dimitrji sta zelo ustrezljiva in hitro odzivna.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Top Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, privater Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, schöne Aufteilung und optimal mit zwei Bädern. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen ☺️

Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen, herzlich begrüßt und die Wohnung wurde uns in Ruhe gezeigt. Alles war blitzsauber, sehr gepflegt und genauso wie beschrieben. Der gesamte Ablauf war absolut unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Very beautiful house with sea view, specious, complementary parking, very professionally managed. Host is flexible to give early check in as it was available and came to meet us. Cleaning is as you can expect, full kitchen and nice feel when you are at house. Only challenge is to go and come back from central as it is steep up/ downhill so if you are not willing to walk take care. I am my family enjoyed this place will definitely recommend.

Dette er et paradis, noe ut på landet (country side) men det er fredelig og ikke langt fra sentrum, med bil eller sykkel. Utrolig kjekt opphold og fantastisk vert! snakker godt engelsk. Har følt oss som hjemme her!

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment! The place was fantastic, and we truly felt like home during our stay. The communication with the host was excellent – very responsive and helpful. The apartment offered great privacy, as it was located in a separate building. One of the best parts was the convenience of having a small shop and a restaurant just around the corner. It made everything so easy! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and private stay. We would love to come back again!

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Slovenia, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was a couple minute drive from the pretty main square in Sezana. We used this Airbnb as a base to visit Piran, Venice, Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our time there even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a slight language barrier but it was no problem. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Kraz region and nearby attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Slovenia!

Nicola war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war Sauber und super Modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch toll, es ist ruhig und liegend in einer netten Gegend. Zum Lido de Jesolo sind es mit dem Auto ca 7 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Muy buena opción en Gemona, en un barrio tranquilo, muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobus y del centro histórico. Muy accesible en automóvil, con comercios a mano. La ubicación es para sentir el verdadero ritmo de Gemona, como un vecino más y no como turista. Los anfitriones, Paola y Simone, son de diez! Siempre pendientes a las necesidades, amables, serviciales y dispuestos a dar una mano. El departamento es enorme, cómodo y muy bien equipado para estadías largas. En todo momento, me sentí como en mi casa!

Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet – wir haben innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Outdoor-Bereich war wunderbar zum Entspannen und Grillen geeignet, mit sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen den ganzen Tag über. Trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen blieb es im Haus angenehm kühl, und die ruhige Lage trug zusätzlich zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt bei!

Matija's place is just as described and the views and location even more beautiful. The apartment is in very good condition and felt just like home within a matter of hours. The jacuzzi bath is great! Matija was kind enough to let us check in early and very responsive with all communication. Sitting and looking out over the meadows, lake and mountains each morning was so special whatever the weather and we loved exploring the local hikes and places to eat. We saw amazing wildlife: chamois, golden eagles, roe deer and so many different birds from the living room. We had a great food at Gostilna Mihovoc and enjoyed the tasting menu at Restaurant Majerca too. We can't wait to be back!

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

Katharina is a great host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and cosy, great view. We had a very nice stay.

Sehr nette Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war beeindruckend. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber, ein hoher Sicherheitsstandard ist gewährleistet und es gibt sogar einen privaten Parkplatz. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Adem was very friendly, welcomed us and showed us everything. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to see which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was good and had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the bathroom was smelly.
