Our stay at Tom's condo at the Hawaiian Princess was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation. The view was everything that was advertised along with the privilege of viewing local sea life right from the balcony. During our stay, the condo experienced some mechanical issues. Tom was quick to respond and what couldn't be fixed immediately, Tom monetarily compensated us to offset the inconvenience. Previous reviews referenced the homeless encampment in this area of Oahu. Yes , they are there but never felt unsafe at the condo. One family enjoyed the private beach and ate a l9cal restaurant which was recommended by another Hawaiian Princess guest. For those who want to stay out of the hectic zone of Honolulu or Waikiki, the west side of Oahu in Waianea is worth the drive.

We had a lovely stay with our family at this gorgeous condo! Very family friendly with the various pools, hot tubs and close to the lagoon. My toddler loved all the sand castle toys and gear that were included and we appreciated the beach chairs! The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking and the hosts are very communicative. A wonderful location and we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The inside of the condo was beautiful, SO clean, and stocked with everything you could need from kitchen appliances to sunscreen to towels and other beach gear. The view from the balcony/lanai was absolutely gorgeous. Overlooking a beach which was pretty private. Watched whales and sea turtles. The only downside of the air bnb was that the location is not in the nicest part of town, however, the building is in a gated area. We never felt unsafe. Although it is a ways from any nice restaurants, this did not bother us one bit because we ate almost every meal on the lanai as it the views were more gorgeous than any restaurant could offer! We would recommend this stay to anyone who is wanting a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful stay!

We loved our stay, exactly what we were looking for…. A beautiful sandy beach right outside of our door, without the crowds of tourist beaches. Turtles catching waves with us, along with dolphin and whale sightings from our lanai. If you do your research and understand that you are staying at an older place without all the fancy stuff, this place is exactly as described. This is old Hawaii, locals Hawaii.. the drive to the condo is sad with so many locals forced to live on the beach as Hawaii’s cost of living has become too much, along with the dire consequences of substance use.. understand you will see that. If that’s not for you to see, this isn’t the place. The condo was CLEAN and very comfortable, with everything you could need. Time your adventures right and arrive “home” in the evening then you won’t have a problem with traffic!

What a beautiful beach and view! We loved our time at Kathleen’s condo. It was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. I haven’t slept as well as I did there in ages. The ocean at this beach is very swim-able and there are lots of turtles to watch as well. We had everything we needed and felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great location extremely close to the beach and pool. Loved snorkeling and evenings enjoying the lanai. Plenty of beach toys provided. Look forward to booking again!

We had a lovely stay at Melissa’s condo in Ko Olina. We visited for a friend’s wedding at the four seasons. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to and from the wedding. Also within walking distance were the Aulani resort for families who like Disney and a few restaurants. The condo is situated right on the beach in a resort with a couple of pools ( which we did not ). The condo was sparkling clean, well outfitted with beach gear, and it was great to have a designated parking spot, 24-hr front desk, and well-equipped gym. Would stay again if we ever return to Oahu.

Beautiful place with amazing views! Was a low key area, so very quiet in the evenings and mornings. Never felt crowded. The pool area is pretty small so chairs can be a little hard to come by. Place had all the beach items we needed including chairs (none on the beach unless pay through a vendor, also no personal umbrellas allowed), beach toys, cooler, and wagon. Washer and dryer was great to have in room. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook meals in room and on the grill. Family had an amazing week, thank you!

The condo was great and just what we needed. We were able to cook meals so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. We loved that beach items were available for us to use. The condo was nice and relaxing, providing just the atmosphere we wanted/needed. We would recommend and stay here again!

Great place in the north shore! Turtle beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. We would play at the beach and then come back to swim in the pool. The wagon with the beach chairs and floaties were key and a hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the north shore. Close to food trucks, the mill, and sunrise shack. Need a car but everything is a short drive. Would love to return!

Great location. The private beach and grounds were amazing. We visited a few other beaches, but they were always extremely crowded with little to no parking available. We could see whales and sea turtles from our own little, cozy beach area. LaRona had all we needed to enjoy ourselves. The condo is very well supplied with everything we needed too. We cooked most of our meals and saved money on eating out. The area was very close to many wonderful tourist attractions. The only highway around the area gets crowded and takes awhile to get places, but they were always beauty of the area makes up for it. We truly enjoyed ourselves stay and would highly recommended staying with LaRona. She is a responsive and proactive host who took care of our every need. ALOHA

If you’re considering booking this property DO IT!!! My family of 4 had an amazing time at Rick’s place. It was the perfect relaxing Hawaiian getaway. There was plenty of living space for everyone with gorgeous views from all the balconies. The grounds are well maintained making the property truly feel like paradise. One pleasant surprise was the sidewalk behind the complex that allowed access to the Marriott property next door and the Disney hotel on the other side. We were also able to walk to Monkeypod one evening for dinner and Roy’s another evening. No one wanted to leave!

This place was great! Perfect location and easy to get in and out. Everything was clean and the hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone staying on the north shore!

Helena was a wonderful host! The apartment was beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The north shore is such a beautiful, quiet part of the island so we were very thankful to stay here. It felt very safe, and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The beds and pillows were absolutely FANTASTIC (even the sofa bed, which is incredible in itself)!! Turtle Bay was very close with a beautiful beach and lovely snorkeling! The grounds surrounding the area was also incredibly taken care of, creating an inviting and beautiful area. We would definitely recommend staying here! 😊

Had an amazing stay here, the only thing we wanted to change was to extend our stay but it booked up fast! Great place, close to everything and Brooke was very friendly and so responsive and helpful!

This was our first visit to Hawaii. After a few days in Waikiki, we felt like we started a second vacation when we arrived to the condo in Turtle Bay. The condo was comfortable with all the amenities of home. We were able to cook and walk to several restaurants. The beach was perfect for snorkeling and we really appreciated the available beach chairs! Golf was in easy walking distance. We truly enjoyed our vacation!

Loved this house so much! It was a great location with a beautiful easy walk to a private beach. They had beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach chairs to use which was so nice to not have to find room to pack those things. It was great size lots of room, super clean, easy to get in and out of. Loved it!

The view at this home is absolutely breathtaking - from the downstairs kitchen and the upstairs bedrooms. I love the glass doors that open up to the deck. This was definitely my favorite part of our stay. Geoffrey was very friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate how helpful he was and local recommendations he offered. The only downside were bugs in the downstairs area but when I notified Geoffrey of the issue, he sent cleaners over within a couple hours to take care of it. Overall, I would recommend a stay at this Airbnb for anyone considering!

Clean, convenient place on Turtle bay- loved the location! Very comfortable and nice. Other reviews have commented on the AC situation. We were there in February. There are 2 AC window units, one in both bedrooms. Plentiful fans. They kept the unit a nice temperature for us! Turtle Bay is a more peaceful experience to launch north shore activities- plenty to do- the PCC, zip lines, empty beaches- watched the sunrise from a beautiful beach all to ourselves. Plenty of tucked away beaches, with only a few other souls!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Pats at Punaluu. The condo was in a perfect location , just short drives to everything you need and amazing beaches. The condo had what our family needed after long days at the beach. Amazing views to top it off.

Quiet and clean, in a modest residential area. Just a few minutes pleasant walk to the beach. The apartment opens up to a beautiful backyard, which was the perfect place for breakfast. We loved this place.
