Nice, centrally located apartment. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go around Tulsa was within a few minutes away.

This little apartment was affordable and within 10 minutes of just about everything in Tulsa. It was private and not too difficult to find. The listing and the description were very accurate. It’s important to note that this is upstairs, and, due to age, the floor is sloped. If someone has any condition that would be affected by non-level floors, this may be an interesting sleep. Other than that, Debbie was communicative and helpful. The space was clean and had lots of amenities to utilize. It was close to Black Wall Street, the Philbrook, and local breweries! Good for a short little pop-in to Tulsa!

Second time staying with them. Great place when you need to stumble back from Kilkenny.

Cozy apartment that felt like home as soon as we walked in. The walk-in-shower was AMAZING!! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful. Had a great weekend away with two of my daughters.

Covered parking was a plus and a welcome basket was sweet. Very close to TU.

Ponderosa in the Woods is an awesome place to spend a few days, whether spending some time away from town, visiting people, or looking for quietness. You have everything you need, and it's only a few minutes to get into the Tulsa area if you want or need to. Just watch out for deer everywhere!

Wonderful little apartment right off the main street. Would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed for a month and this condo was just what I needed. The area was quiet, it was not hard to find or access the condo, Elian gave perfect instructions. I had a couple of issues with the condo, but Elian was always quick to respond and worked to make sure I was comfortable. The condo could have used a few more items in the kitchen like, pots, pans, measuring cups or spoons, but I got what I needed for my stay. All in all I would recommend this location.

Fernando was a responsive and proactive host! I appreciated the cleanliness, amenities and the overall comfort of the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept the place nice and cool. Lots of restaurants under a mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! Very cozy, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Despite being in a busy street with lots of great bars and restaurants, the place is super quiet at night so I had wonderful sleeps. The gym is on the same floor so it’s just a few steps away. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

The place was great and was just as the photos looked. There was one really cool feature with the TV being built into the wall so you could swivel it from the living room side to the bedroom side. I know it's been mentioned in previous posts but the homeless population around the apartment was a surprise. The bus station sits right across the street so there are a lot of homeless people that spend the night there. The parking situation was also a bit of a struggle just because of the weekend there weren't really any open spots so you were forced to pay for your parking. Lastly, the pull out couch in the living room was broke and likely has been for a while. I messaged Daniel about it with no response though. I say all of this to say that I would highly recommend the place due to the location and price point. Well worth the stay.

Booked the apartment for an employee working out of town and he had nothing but positive things to say about this place. He was comfortable and felt like home. Will be booking again when working back in Tulsa.

The place was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for the dogs, and a nice little yard for their potty breaks. I appreciated that there were no clean up requirements, as I had my hands full with the dogs.

Only problem was a few times they had to reset the code for the door but that was more on Airbnb than the owners. Other than that it was a great stay at a good location in the city.
