Great place close to restaurants and VCU.

Kristen's place is so clean and was perfectly located. We traveled with our baby, so Kristen gave great recommendations for places we could walk to nearby. She shared great restaurants, a bakery and parks nearby. She also checked in to make sure we were able to get settled in -- she's a great host! We'd love to stay here the next time we visit Richmond!

I cannot say enough good things about Shaniesha’s place. It’s very clean, will all the amenities you need. She is very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of during my stay!

This was a great apartment to stay in! The location was excellent - nice street, lovely neighborhood to walk around, close to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops/bars/breweries/etc. Easy walks into scotts addition or carytown. I was a bit worried about the street parking but it was a breeze, I was able to get parking very close to the apartment multiple times. The apartment itself was big, comfortable, and had everything necessary. I especially loved the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

Great spot if you're looking for super walkable with all the necessary amenities for light cooking and nice spaces for hanging out when staying in. Some notes for those lighter or more picky sleepers: mattresses are memory foam bricks (some folks love, some hate), the usual lights and sounds of staying in a city (provided blackout curtains and sound machine much appreciated!), and while upstairs neighbor is perfectly respectful on a noise level, still can hear all footsteps around most active times (M-F 6-7am and 9-10pm). But I realize that those are things that wouldn't bother people more used to city life! Overall, a great stay in a great location.

Sylvester’s place is awesome he is very respectful and willing to go the extra mile to help you have a wonderful stay. Sylvester place is clean and has all the accommodations to help you have a great stay. He greets you and makes you feel welcome. It’s in the country so it’s really not much to do but if you just wont to sleep comfortably Sylvester place is the place to be.

This is an absolute gem of a place, if anything it was nicer than the pictures indicated. The neighborhood was great, right in the middle of the city but daily quiet and minimal traffic noise. It was an easy walk to Belle Isle or up to Cary St and Main St for the restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Mayra was extremely responsive and kind. it was a great place to stay while we fished at Osborne Park. Clean, the beds were comfortable.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

The property was very nice, there was a issue with the air conditioning and Jewelan was responsive and resolved the issue with haste. Overall was a pleasant experience and I would go to their property.

We moved to the area with our pets for a new job and luckily found Samira’s home for our extended stay till we closed on our new home. Large historic home with plenty of space and beautiful backyard. Home was very clean upon arrival and Samira was responsive with helping in us get checked in. We had one bedroom with full size bed and one bathroom with shower and tub available to us. Clean bedsheets and towels all provided along with some nice amenities. Washer and dryer downstairs in basement with detergent and dryer sheets provided which was very nice to have during our stay. All and all it was a comfortable and peaceful time spent in her home. Would highly recommend!

James's home was beautiful, immaculate, smelled amazing, inviting, and just all around a great place to rest and relax. Additionally, James provided welcome snacks and coffee. If every we are in the Richmond area again we will definitely look to stay at this property or another property that James owns. Lastly, James was a great host and expeditious in responding to all of my questions and concerns.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our spring break trip. The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We loved how many great restaurants, coffee shops, and amenities were just a short walk away. The kids especially enjoyed being able to walk to the movies and grab ice cream nearby—there was always something fun and convenient to do. Parking was incredibly easy, with a spot right in front of the house every time we returned. One of the biggest perks was how little we had to drive—the neighborhood is very walkable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Stayed here from Thursday to Sunday for Galaxycon 2025. Couldn’t have made a better decision! Great place. Super close to the convention center. Walking distance to everything you need. Lovely place. Vintage and classic look to it. 100% coming back next year!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed .. great location.. beautiful home with extra amenities to make you felt right at home!! We will be back!!

Rachel's place was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The location worked well for me, as I was in town for a conference and many of the activities were downtown. Parking was just a block over and I felt pretty safe navigating the area as a single woman. Only downside...the noise! If you can withstand "city sounds": trucks, people laughing and talking, loud music (there is a club across the street), then you should be fine. But if not, just be prepared for it. Otherwise, everything was great. I highly recommend staying here!

The easy check in and checkout, flexible checkout and proactive communication really made the stay so easy and relaxing! The place itself was also perfect for us, I can only recommend the space!
