Traditional Cottage

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and more trees , of which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the calmness of the farm , the endless view along with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Calm,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Meda House

Welcome to Meda House, a place you can easily call home. Ideal for groups or families, the house has 2 floors with different entrances. Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

House Chaliki close to the sea

Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
