Durch die dicken Wände ist ein tolles Raumklima gegeben, im Sommer bleibt es sehr angenehm kühl. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Radfahren, Wandern und Baden . Den Chiemsee erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten und die Berge in 15 Minuten. Tolle Radtouren kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Schöne Gassiwege direkt von der Haustür. Wir freuen uns auf Euch😊

Blockhütte mit eigener Sauna - wie im Baumhaus

Charmante Holzbohlenhütte nahe der Wasserburger Altstadt auf einem wilden Steilhanggrundstück. Mit Miniküche, Mikrowelle/Heißluft/Grill, einem Wasserkocher sowie einem Kühlschrank. Im kleinen Bad gibts eine Dusche und ein WC. Statt des Handwaschbeckens führt eine Türe auf die Sauna-Terrasse. Ausgestattet ist die Hütte mit Elektroheizung und E-Boiler (30l). Die Aussensauna lädt zum Entspannen ein. Pro Benutzung wird ein Unkostenbeitrag von 20Euro erhoben. Rauchen ist aussen vor der Hütte erlaubt.

The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Die große vom Wohnzimmer aus zugängliche Westterrasse mit Grill steht Ihnen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die familienfreundliche Wohnung ist zentral an der Kirche ( Kirchengeläut nach bayrischer Tradition) im schönen Obertaufkirchen gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne.

Ihr genießt Euren Urlaub in einer wunderschönen und liebevoll renovierten Ferienwohnung, die sich in einem historischen Gebäude befindet - eines der ältesten von Traunstein. Das "Gütl" ist mehr als 400 Jahre alt ist, wurde detailverliebt restauriert und versprüht damit einmaligen Charme. In der ca. 145 m2 großen Wohnung fehlt es an keinerlei Komfort, es ist genügend Platz für bis zu acht Personen. Auch Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Unser Gästeapartment liegt im ersten Stock eines Altstadthauses im Herzen von Hallein und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe‘s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz-und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min bequem erreicht werden kann.

Genießen Sie eine Auszeit in einem stilvollen Tiny House auf dem Dorf, umgeben von naturbelassener Landschaft. Großzügige Fenster, eine sonnige Terrasse und eine gemütlich/moderne Einrichtung schaffen eine perfekte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Ein Bäcker, eine Gaststätte sowie ein Kinderspielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Berge, Seen und die nächste Stadt sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt – ideal für Erholung und Entdeckung!

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
