The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

This Airbnb was one of the best places that we ‘ve experienced. All needs met; no issues; quick response time; easy to reach location in a nice neighborhood; plenty of parking in front of the home.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

The studio was perfect for my short stay in the Washington, D.C. area as it's close to the Wheaton Metro station (about two miles) and highways. The neighborhood is very quiet, as is the unit itself. The studio has a lot of open space and was very comfortable. The mattress and pillows were amazing! Zena was very responsive and provided great information about the local area prior to my arrival.

Gretchen is a super host! She communicated with us throughout the rental process & met us at the home upon arrival. I appreciated her accommodating our ever changing arrival time due to traveling with 2 toddlers. She spent time with us touring the home to go over everything we might need to know to make our stay comfortable.The home was impeccably clean and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet. Much to our surprise, Gretchen welcomed us with a gift of supplies to tide us over until we could settle in and get to a grocer. This was incredibly thoughtful as we came from far away with two babies.The home had ample space to accommodate our large family of 6 adults and 2 children. We felt we could spread out. Beds were comfy! My favorite room was enjoying the morning view in the sunroom! I can’t say enough about how fabulous the home and host were to us! Hoping to return for another wedding in the near future. Thank you Gretchen for welcoming my family into your home in such a warm way. 💙

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

Both hosts were so responsive to my questions. The house had everything I needed truly for my guests and I to enjoy ourselves. The surround sound system was such a nice touch. All the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything in terms of utensils to cook fab meals. It is in the very rural side of Maryland and there isn’t a ton to do, but wow the house was beautiful and beyond peaceful.

This charming studio was perfect for my stay! It was cozy, peaceful, extremely clean, and very easy to find. The hosts were always responsive, and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! Gale was gracious and patient. The place was just perfect for our needs. We loved the breakfast nook. The driveway we missed when we arrived but luckily she explained how to turn in and we were able to find it. The backyard was private and had lots of greenery. You did not feel like you were in the middle of a city.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and local stores. Alana is very responsive and helpful with any questions we had .

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

We have been coming to Ann's house several times. We always come back because the house is spotless, has excellent amenities and it is very close to our son's house.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

Beautiful place! Very rustic feel but so nice. Everything was very comfortable, and in a good, safe location. Large TV and couch space was nice to relax as well. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

Dotti's place was clean, comfortable and close to Howard's campus which made it extra convenient! Also has a lot of other places in close walking distance, would definitely recommend!!

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. I am thankful to have been granted the opportunity to stay here and would gladly visit again; I truly recommend this home to all. Thanks again DiMitri!
