A beautiful, cozy, very well-stocked home. Remote enough to feel like you're in the country but in proximity to so many great activities on offer in Copake and Hudson. A special place. We had a wonderful stay.

I went for my boyfriends 25th birthday it was absolutely stunning from all of the art everywhere in the house and outside! We stayed in the sauna from when we got there till late at night it was an absolutely wonderful experience even just for a night!

What a gorgeous stay. My partner and I celebrated our five year anniversary here and each detail was perfect. The home is wonderfully curated, with stunning art, decor, puzzles, plates, you name it! And by the window, the feeders attract all kinds of birds that I’ve never seen so up close. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees. You hardly need the TV, it’s so entertaining. The place is spotless and serene. And Rosy is so responsive while giving you complete privacy! You can tell she really cares about the experience she provides. If you’re looking to stay in an artfully cozy home, this is the place.

This is at least our 4th time staying at what we call "The Farm" and it is our favorite getaway! We even got my brother to drive 1.5 hours out of his way on his family trip to Boston so he could check it out. A rare gem!

Cannot thank Stephen enough for taking care of us after a major mess up. We were able to get in and relax and enjoy. So grateful for all he did for us on a graduation weekend.

We had a great stay. The pictures are accurate but the house feels better in person as the rooms flow together very well, and the entire house gets a lot of natural light throughout the day. The house is cozy but not at all cramped; it's more spacious than I expected for a vintage farmhouse. All of us enjoyed the yard with its various accoutrements. We used the fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline extensively. We enjoyed the local restaurants. Everything was in immaculate condition, and the owners were very responsive throughout.

The home was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. It's exactly as described but even more spacious than I expected. They put a lot into making guests feel welcome, including prompt communication, a quick walk through to explain where things are, numerous suggestions for the surrounding area, and even a tray of welcome cookies! I came for a 50k trail race, so the hot tub was a perfect added bonus. I HIGHLY suggest booking this property, and I'll definitely be back to spend some time at the beach.

We had a great time (and so did our French bulldog!) - this cozy, welcoming home was exactly what we were looking for to spend a quiet, peaceful winter getaway. The cottage was very clean, the fireplace added a wonderful touch to the ambiance and the beautiful surroundings were perfect for long walks. Brian was always super responsive and even suggested local events for us. We can’t wait to be back!

This was the second time staying in this house with another family. Can't beat the convenient location to local mountains for skiing. House is spacious and plenty of room for two families of 4. Shiyrah is friendly and communicative.

We enjoyed staying at Nancy’s place, it was super comfortable and our dog loved it too! There was plenty of space to walk our dog and we really enjoyed watching the animals from the back porch!

We had the best time at Raspberry Ridge. So cute, cozy and comfortable. Beautiful grounds. Perfectly stocked kitchen for cooking. Loved having all the animals around. Extra bonus was fresh farm eggs for breakfast in the morning. Hosts were really responsive and wonderful. Didn't want to leave, honestly. A very welcoming respite from a chaotic family week. I couldn't have chosen any better and highly recommend if you are looking for a true rural getaway. Next time I'm in the area visiting family I will definitely plan my trip around availability at this lovely stay.

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

My husband and I had a great stay. James and Rose are super helpful hosts. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Walking distance to a lovely park they recommended with tons of hiking trails and very quiet.

We had an amazing stay at Sally’s place in Bethel! My fiancé and I visited CT for the first time to celebrate my birthday and go to a convention nearby. This cottage was perfect for the two of us. The host was very responsive and accommodating as well! The cottage was in pristine condition, the house manual was very easy to follow, the recommendations were great, the scenery was out of a movie, and my favorite part was the hot tub in our restroom which was perfect after a long day! We had a great time and would love to come back again! Thanks for your hospitality Sally! ☺️

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! This was our 2nd time staying at Vince & Natasha’s lake front home & it did not disappoint. You cannot beat its proximity to the lake, it was beyond peaceful & exactly what we needed to relax & unwind & enjoy a lovely October weekend. Highly recommend driving to Pine Plains & having dinner at The Stissing House it is pricey but worth every penny, it was a wonderfully way to start our weekend.
