We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Stunning accommodation and location. The hosts went above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay. We highly recommend visiting!!!

We really enjoyed our short break staying in Seascape. The shops were right on our doorstep or we could do a quieter walk to the castle or Kingswear. The view from the lounge window was magnificent with plenty to see. The apartment was very comfortable and well equiped. Thankyou for having us - we had a lovely time.

What an amazing find, a fantastic apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need in a brilliant location. The views, available from every window, are something you'd never get used to and great to wake up to. Apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Suki was great, always quick to reply and very helpful. Check in information was spot on. Will definately be back. Thank you.

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

This was a first class stay. The studio was spotless, comfy and well-equipped. There was a lovely extra touch of home made chocolates on arrival. The host was very helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. Recommend!

We love Brixham and have been visiting for many years. We have stayed in many rentals but this was by far our favourite. The apartment was spotless with super comfy beds - but the icing on the cake was that view! Thank you so much Sara & Andrew, will be booking again for sure.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Goodrington was a lovely sun trap out of the wind, we loved Cantina! The beds were so comfy and every room so light & spacious.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

Maxine is a great host with a charming place to stay. It was a great find and perfect for our needs. Spacious with everything we needed for us and our dogs, Maxine had thought of everything. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend to anyone else.

Melanie is a really friendly and helpful host, Topsham is a gem and Melanie’s cottage is very well equipped, plus she kindly made the children’s room into two singles, we were able on this occasion to check in early and out a little later which was nice. Lovely stay all round. South west pizza is highly recommended!! Thank you Mel! X

The Dragon’s Nest is a great house in a central location in Brixham. Plenty of local amenities and recommendations from the host. The house is set over several floors so was ideal for us as a 3 generation family staying. Plenty of cutlery and crockery for children and a high chair available. Well stocked kitchen including salt/pepper/oil. Lynn was really quick to reply to any message I sent her, and kindly arranged early check in and late check out for us. She also kindly allowed us a shorter stay than they would otherwise have agreed to over the Easter holiday period. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

A beautiful, characterful and charming cottage in the centre of Topsham. Nice and close to Dartmoor, Exeter and wonderful beaches, plenty to do. Recommend eating at the Globe and the Galley great food.

Amazing stay with our family of 6, waking up every day with a sea view is the dream! Great hosts, thanks for making everything so smooth and easy for us.

Dog Watches was a superb house and garden. The location was excellent. We were celebrating an 82nd (mum in law) birthday. The house was stunning, spacious, with breathtaking views. We needed to spend longer than the 3 nights to use all of the facilities. We were very comfortable and were lucky to have stunning weather. The pub nearly opposite ( the sloop) is also excellent for food We had a lovely walk to Hope cove and bantham beach . The ferry boat goes from the quay just below the house. Brilliant stay. This property was exceptional! It was pristine, beautiful and so well equipped it was simply a home from home! The welcome hamper was a gorgeous gesture, the information provided by Sarah and Mike, pre check in, during our stay and post our departure was second to none! We have been coming to Torquay every year for 10 years plus and have stayed in many accommodations but this was by far the best we have ever experienced! I cannot recommend highly enough! Nothing negative to say whatsoever! Thank you and we will definitely be back xx

This holiday rental provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Information from Julie regarding finding the place was clear, precise and timely. Couldn't ask for anything else. Milk and wine in the fridge was a nice little extra. Many thanks.

We were in Torquay for a funeral sadly, however Helenas place was a lovely, cosy retreat. Everything you could possibly need during a little getaway, Helena has thought of it! the beds are very comfortable and the parking wasn't an issue we expected it'd be! we would happily book again if in the area in the future! thank you 😊

Matthew was a fantastic host, extremely prompt with his reply clear instructions and plenty of recommendations. the apartment was better than the pictures. beautifully decorated, with so much space. Location is in the heart of the town so perfect for a seaseaside break in a Teignmouth. We will definitely be booking again!

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

This apartment is beautiful, gorgeous decor, spotlessly clean, very cozy with the most incredible views. I highly recommend this apartment, a home from home with the best hosts!

What a gem, amazing view from kitchen/ living room and the bedroom and all the facilities I could have wished for together with good parking close by and amazing walking on your doorstep - all of that a a quick passenger ferry ride to the centre of Plymouth. Hosts were great, all messages received a quick response with offers of further information/assistance if required, but otherwise I would not have known they were there. As and when I return to Plymouth I will definitely try to rebook!
