The double bed is brand new with a 16" mattress sure to deliver an excellent night's sleep. Locally, almost everything you might need is nearby; playgrounds, parks, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, and a quick bus ride will get you to the beach. I am close enough to the train line that you will hear the trains a bit. The bedrooms face the other way, though.
