Evelyn and her family went out of their way to make me feel comfortable from the minute I arrived. Their grandaughter, who speaks English showed me around and picked some fruit from the garden for me to try. They have guavas and bananas growing on their property! She also showed me a beautiful secluded waterfall nearby, with stunning views. They were willing to accommodate my special requests for disposables in the kitchen and were friendly and attentive to all my needs. I needed to also change my dates last minute and they were very flexible and understanding There's beautiful hikes nearby all accessible by car

Hello I am from the states, and I have come to PR 7-8 times in the last 10 years. I always stay in "el campo" and "centro de la isla in las montanas." If you come to PR, enjoy the coast and beaches, but the true "corazon" of the culture is in La Isla Centro. This place is RIGHT THERE!!! I am new to AirBnB and based on this experience... OH MY GOSH. The price that I paid and the kindness that I received was beyond imagination. Evelyn and her family live close by. They love their community. They are here to welcome you but give you plenty of privacy as you enjoy this beautiful casa with all that you need. So thankful. Richie

lovely place to stay, great getaway .

The house was beautiful, very old school. No electricity in the house just a few solar lights throughout. The fridge and stove run off of gas as well as the water heater. The views are absolute amazing, it feels like you’re sitting in the middle of the mountains ! The only thing to keep in mind is there is quite a hike from where you park your car after the gate entrance to the house. It’s about a 10 min hike down from where you park it’s not horribly steep my aunt of 62 who’s in good shape did it without much issues but after a good rain it gets very slippery. Other than the hike it was a beautiful place. You definitely won’t need AC being this high up in the mountains it felt amazing at night. It was like being surrounded by nature we even had a coqui insist on joining us inside ! The dogs also loved it ! We would for sure come back again !

Everything is just like in the description, it's a beautiful place. The scenery was beautiful in the morning, just prepare a coffee, open the windows and enjoy the beautiful mountains and sounds. I recommend arriving while there is still daylight, it's a mountain road so there is not much ilumination. Also recommend searching for the place in Google map instead of using AirB&B address. The AirB&B address got us lost but luckly we got some signal and Orlando was able to guide us back to the place (thank you Orlando), we later found out the other address in Google maps.

Beautiful home that accommodated 14 of us comfortably. The outdoors is beautiful and peaceful! The road up to the house was a bit scary the first day as we took the wrong route but after we followed the correct directions provided it was very scenic. This place is perfect for groups who are not going to be traveling back and forth the island much. We found a cute delicious coffee place and a delicious restaurant on the road leading to the house! We’d definitely book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! It should be on everyones bucket list. The attention to detail on everything from inside home to outside is outstanding. This space will take you to a serene and magical atmosphere. 10/10 All the way!
