My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were easy to communicate with leading up to check in. Parking was convenient and abundant, and it was easy to get in through a private entrance. The place itself was cute, clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

Loved this home !! It’s in such a great location. Completely walkable to downtown and beautiful cozy environment. Amy was so wonderful in providing recommendations while also creating a private space for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Santa Barbra.

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

This is a charming and cozy home that has everything you need for a quiet place to nestle that is close enough to walk to the beautiful Butterfly Beach and the great shopping and restaurants on Coast Village Road. The gate provides privacy. The landscape in the front is very serene. The backyard with its fire pit and comfy sectional are relaxing. We ate dinner outside quite often because it's just so peaceful and lovely, especially at night. Definitely a place we'll come back to!

We found our two night stay at Surf-Rock-House to be very pleasant. The house is absolutely spotless and well maintained being newly updated. Both beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The location is close to downtown Ventura, the Botanical Gardens and Harbor and 20 minutes to Ojai. The outdoor areas were private and inviting. If we are ever fortunate enough to visit this area again we would definitely stay at Jessika’s.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We visited for our honeymoon. What a wonderful week it was. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing into the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean each evening. We walked to the pier in the mornings and had dinner at Nobu which is also a short walk away. This was one of the most fabulous experiences I have had on air bnb. Zero complaints about this most excellent spot!

Such a great place. Amazing location, exactly how described, super clean and very comfortable. Maureen's communication was clear, friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome note and the rosé and alllll the extras that Maureen provided ---anything you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen plus dog treats and lollypops! Amazing location--great coffee places and restaurants to walk to plus the Mission. Super quiet and a totally cute complex. And a 12 minute drive to see our son at UCSB. PERFECT! We’ve stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. It’s the only place we stay when we come to SB now. The location is amazing, the house is charming and comfortable. And Sandy is a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

This was my best Airbnb experience ever. Listing was spot on. Living space is like out of a magazine. Ideal walking location, and gorgeous safe neighborhood. Not a tourist location. Made our vacation.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

Good spot, no complaints: great communication, great beds, good shower. Everything you need in the kitchen.
