The Hill's Bungalow - Island in the Sun

The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

This home is just a 7 minute drive to the School House Boat Launch and 15 minutes to the Marina. There are numerous paths in the area for hiking and ATV riding too!

This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat has plenty of room for a family or a great getaway for a couple. It has a spacious patio with a cover and grill for cooking a nice meal. RV hook-up is also available for a small fee.
