Great spot right on the water overlooking Cayuga lake. we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and moonrises from the porch. It's also only 5-10m from downtown Ithaca, and 5m from taughannock falls, 15m from Cornell. Seneca lake wineries /breweries only 25m away. Property extremely well appointed: not cluttered, but still enough kitchenware, bedding, games, etc. The elevator via the driveway is great (and a fun quirk!) but I might recommend using the lower lot (via Ithaca yacht club) for bigger unloading/loading. we also enjoyed evening walks to the IYC kids park and nearby waterfalls. Glenwood pines also only a 5m walk (or 1m ride) for a quick bite. overall highly recommend! Cayuga nature center/treehouse was also close and fun for kiddos.

Wow! What a nice place! Close to downtown Ithaca and a short drive to Cornell. Best part of all: gorgeous views of Lake Cayuga and access to the lake. We loved it! Many Ithaca AirBnBs are dark and dreary. Not this place! It was bright and beautiful. Be sure you can navigate steps effectively, because you’ll need to take many to get to this AirBnB. The benefit is that this place is quiet and secluded. Thanks for the great stay!

This home is absolutely an amazing view!! The quiet surroundings with all the deer and birds was spectacular! Sue and Mick were by far over the top with their hospitality and made us feel right at home! We were never lacking for anything as the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor accessories were a huge plus! We will definitely rebook again!!

This place has a sweeping lake view from a bay front window, a patio, both queen bedrooms, another patio and the dock. the picture don't do it justice. The dock has a picnic table - if you're not using it, you're missing out! There's two single person kayaks and a double kayak, as well as a a stand-up paddle board, which makes this place an amazing value and are close enough to Ithaca (about a mile) that you could reasonably paddle to a landing at Truman Marine Park or Stewart Park. This place is down approximately 90 steps - pack light.

Wonderful character home that is walking distance to amenities. Close to The Commons and great walking trails. The host left very detailed instructions and substantial info about attractions and activities.

We really couldn't have asked for more. It was a perfect weekend to relax and enjoy each others' company, with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Ithaca and the surrounding area. The Ecovillage is unique, and its charming quirks overwhelm any that might be less than convenient. We'd love to stay here again. Many thanks!

The house was comfy for 8 people. Plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Bedrooms on the lower level were quite large with sliders so you could see the water from your bed. Beautifully remodeled, large bathroom with large shower. Bedroom on main level with much smaller, but there was still adequate room to get ready for a day on the water or exploring the wineries. Beds were very comfortable. Water was pristine to swim in. Large dock to sit and relax and watch the boats go by. It was difficult to fish from the dock with the vegetation in the water, but that did not stop my group. They still managed to catch several fish. If you are an avid fisherperson, I would recommend renting a boat. Definitely will be keeping this house on our list for future visits!!!

Property is beautiful and peaceful! Our kids loved playing outside and hanging in the hot tub and we enjoyed evenings grilling and sitting around the fire pit. The house is very cozy and clean, a comfortable size for our family of 5. John was incredible responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at the Megan house! it's obviously an older property but it's well taken care of and well loved. the location was exactly what we were looking for, right on the lake with excellent views, and close enough for adventures in the Ithaca area. the beds were comfy and Roy and Molly have excellent communication and are very clear in their recommendations and requests. we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Lodi was amazing. Beautiful view of the lake while watching tv, cooking or just playing a game. Very Peaceful. Easy to walk our dog. Love how the bedrooms are on each side of the house as well as bathrooms as to not disturb one another... beautiful.. many wineries and breweries for tastings, & most are Dog friendly too! So easy to sit back and relax! My daughter & boyfriend loved hiking and also did some golf! This was a Beautiful getaway and the host was so great and attentive. So clean and so comfy.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Kate's cabin on the lake! In particular, Kate was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. She was really easy to work with, and I was really grateful for that! The view of the lake is absolutely lovely and cannot be beat! The furniture and decor is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and overall, it was a lovely time.

Such a sweet little cottage tucked away above the Lake. Beautiful views from the deck, bedroom and living room! Quiet and serene yet close to all of the places we wanted to visit! Made a great landing spot for a relaxing and fun weekend! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Dustin's place. It was peaceful, scenic, and offered plenty of activities to enjoy. Despite the cold weather, our kids loved kayaking, using the water tubes, and having a barbecue — all conveniently available on-site, so we didn’t need to bring anything with us. We also didn’t experience any sulfur smell, contrary to what some other reviews mentioned. We would love to visit again and highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay on the lake! Beautiful views with a peaceful and private location. The kitchen had so many supplies, there was even a crockpot! We felt right at home!!

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. Very peaceful, clean home, pond was great. The communication was great and there were plenty of instructions throughout the home to make our stay very easy and comfortable.

Nancy’s cottage was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed card games on the back porch, meals al fresco w a beautiful lake view, and of course roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at sunset. The cottage was intimate and cozy and we hope to return on a regular basis. Thank you Nancy for being inviting and more than accommodating.

Great Stay Great Cabin! Everything was clean we felt comfortable there. The hot tub was great after the 2.4 mile walk at Watkins glen. It was too cold for us to kayak but it was nice sitting by the water and chilling. Loved the sound of the water at night.

Other great Haydn little gem and the finger lakes outside of Corning and just passed Watkins Glen, lots of nature, life, beautiful pond, outback, walkable property trails, very relaxing. The morning was gorgeous with the fog rolling in you could hear all the peepers in the pond. Overall, a great day couldn’t thank you enough.

We’ve stayed here three times now and love it every time. It’s peaceful and relaxing. Our dog loves being able to roam around without a leash and we love being able to unplug. Sherry is a great host and very accommodating and responsive!

Cleo’s Cabin exceeded all expectations. Five stars is not enough to describe this place. Cozy, quaint, and private, we cannot wait to come back again!

Beautiful property in a stunning location! Cabins are small but very efficient. Beautiful sunsets at the dock. A great landing pad to explore the area.
