Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

We had a wonderful family gathering here. The house was perfect, with a big yard where the kids could play (including small play area) and everything we needed (and more, such as an amazing bbq and pizza oven). Sarantos, the host, was so helpful from the beginning when we were planning our trip to the very end. We enjoyed all the extras, from fresh baked pancakes, to homegrown clementines, to fresh eggs, thank you, Sarantos, for everything!

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό , η τοποθεσια εξαιρετική και όμορφη . Αν θα έπρεπε να βρω ένα μειονέκτημα , θα έλεγα την κατάσταση των δρόμων στην περιοχή , αλλά αυτό αφορά ολόκληρη την Αργολίδα και όχι φυσικά τον ιδιοκτήτη . Έχει ωραία θέα , είναι καθαρό και όμορφο και μεγάλο συν η ύπαρξη barbecue αν έχετε ταλέντο στο ψήσιμο .

Le séjour chez Nikos restera pour nous l’une de nos plus belles expériences de vacances : le cadre est absolument exceptionnel !!! La terrasse est un vrai paradis, on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer, la décoration est à la fois originale et chaleureuse, il y a une petite crique en contrebas où nous avons pu nous baigner seuls ! C’est à 25 mn de Nauplie qui est charmante et à proximité de Mycènes et d’Epidaure. Nikos est très accueillant et a eu à cœur d’anticiper tous nos besoins. Nous recommandons à 100 % !!!

Eine traumhafte Lage mit großartigem Blick aufs Meer. Toller Sonnenaufgang über den Inseln am Horizont. In der Nähe sind Nauplion, Mykene und Epidaurus.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les charmants propriétaires sont discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont offert de figues fraîches des œufs et des légumes délicieux venant du jardin. La maison est bien équipée, on peut y cuisiner facilement. La plage est à 5 minutes de marches. Il y a un côté très sauvage ou on peut se baigner nu et un côté plus convoité avec des parasols et des chaises longues accessibles gratuitement. On trouve dès cafés et restaurant en bord de mer à 10 minutes à pied. Bel endroit.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars, I would! This is such a perfect house, right on the sea, with a private beach in turquoise waters. If you're lucky, you can see the dolphins swim by. There's a small village nearby you can walk to with good restaurants and some basic stores (it's a 10mn drive to the next supermarket in Astros). Your can even swim there! It's so peaceful and relaxing. The house has everything you'd need, it's clean and the host is eager to help. We left, but we'd love to come back.

Een fantastische en heerlijk rustige plek om tot rust te komen. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een prima locatie. Fijn dat er overal raam en deur horren zijn en de airconditioning goed werkt. Ik zou zeker terugkomen als ik weer in de buurt zou zijn.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Miramar Complex. Le logement était confortable, les nombreuses terrasses qu'il comporte très agréables, la piscine très accessible. Le village est charmant et accueillant, la baie magnifique. Nous avons pu réaliser, à partir de notre logement, de nombreuses visites aux alentours. Notre hôtesse était extrêmement sympathique et accessible. Ce furent vraiment de fantastiques vacances! Je recommande ce lieu particulièrement aux familles avec de jeunes enfants ou des ados.

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

Nous avons pu profiter de cette très belle maison avec piscine avec nos 3 enfants. Point particulièrement positif sur la piscine que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La maison dans son ensemble est très agréable avec de nombreuses terrasses, un beau salon et de belles chambres. Nous avons trouvé le logement particulièrement adapté pour nos enfants ce qui était ce que nous recherchions. Vassiliki était très proactive pour nous proposer des activités autour de la maison. Grace à ses conseils nous avons pu assister à un concert sur le port. La maison est très bien équipée avec tous les éléments indispensables pour profiter de son séjour. En face de la maison une épicerie ouverte 7/7 permet de parer à tous les besoins de dernière minute. Nous recommandons particulièrement le Gyros de Xiropigado qui est très accueillant et très bon.

Ein kleines Paradies mit 2 Balkonen und Blick auf die gesamte Bucht von Nafpoli (toller Sonnenaufgang). Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Eleni und ihrer Familie genossen. Den Kindern hat der Pool gefallen und die kleinen Strände vor der Haustür war gut fürs sichere Schwimmen im Meer (wegen der Steine am Besten mit Badeschuhen). Eleni betreibt ein schönes Café mit Snacks, eine gute Atmosphäre zum Sitzen und Relaxen. In Gehweite gibt es weitere Restaurants, uns hat insbesondere das Delfini - Restaurant gut gefallen. Mykene (45 Minuten), Nafpoli (30 Minuten) und Epidauros (1 Stunde) sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Es war eine tolle Zeit und der Aufenthalt sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans ce logement tout simple. La proximité de la plage et la piscine nous ont permis de nous rafraichir a tout moment. Prevoir un petit temps de trajet pour rejoindre les différents sites a visiter: Nauplie, Mycenes, Corinthe... Le logement en etant un peu excentré.

During booking we had minor reservations about the levels of privacy as we were aware of there being 3 villas on the large plot. We needn’t have worried. The communication with our host prior to arriving was excellent and continued to be so during our stay. The villa is very well equipped and of a size that can easily accommodate 6 people. The pool was clean and very well used and much enjoyed by ourselves and the ‘private’ beach although quite narrow was a real bonus and again much utilised. The Astros Marina area is authentically Greek with many more Greeks appearing to take their vacations there than overseas visitors which for us was a major positive. We were given invaluable information by our host about local restaurants, sites and areas of interest that each met with and often surpassed our expectations. Check in was very smooth and any help and assistance required was always very prompt and on hand. We have no hesitation in recommending the Astros Sea View Villa.

La maison correspond en tout point à sa description. L’extérieur est très agréable et bien entretenu. La piscine à débordement surplombe la baie à 180 degrés. Le coin repas / bbq est spacieux et couvert, ce qui permet de s’abriter du soleil. La qualité de service est impeccable : draps et serviette très propres. Communication très fluide avec notre hôte qui s’est toujours montré très réactif.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La maison est située à deux pas d’une charmante petite crique où nous nous sommes baignés tous les soirs en toute tranquillité. Une excellente taverne juste face à la mer est située à un kilomètre de la maison. Merci à Dimitra et à Massimiliana pour leur accueil et leurs petites attentions!

Το κατάλυμα του Ανδρέα ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ ο ίδιος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης τόσο κατά τη διάρκεια όσο κ μετά την αναχώρηση. Καθαρό , φωτεινό κ ακριβώς όπως εμφανίζεται στην καταχώρηση. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους τους επισκέπτες της περιοχής.

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

Η Βούλα είναι εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης, ευγενική , χαμογελαστή σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι σαν να είσαι στο σπίτι σου το ίδιο και η οικογένεια της. Το σπίτι έχει ότι χρειάζεται μια μικρή οικογένεια και πραγματικά είναι πάνω θάλασσα.

Perfect place for family holidays. The house is fantasticly located, with an amazing view and 3 min walk to water. The house was as described, very well equipped. Ioannis was very helpfull, communicative and responsive. I'd love to come back there one day!

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή! Το σπίτι είναι ένα παραδοσιακό όμορφο και ευρύχωρο εξοχικό και είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ειναι κυριολεκτικά δίπλα από τη θάλασσα, ιδανικό για οικογένειες. Πολύ ωραία αμμώδης παραλία. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στην Ερμιόνη. Η Κατερίνα και οι γονείς της ήταν εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, πολύ φιλόξενοι και μας βοήθησαν σε ο τι χρειαστήκαμε.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in dit verblijf. Kostas is heel vriendelijk. Het is een eenvoudig verblijf maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles was proper. het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het terras is ideaal, je kan gemakkelijk van het strand naar je huisje. De buitendouche is heel fijn. Kort bij ligt op het strand een beachclub, er is wat muziek maar niet storend. Vlakbij is een winkeltje, veel eetgelegenheden, een lekkere bakker en mooie winkeltjes. Wij hebben vaak eten afgehaald en op het terras opgegeten. 's avonds keken we op het strand naar de vallende sterren. Het is niet heel groot, wij waren met 5. De slaapkamers zijn goed. Er is geen airco in de kinderkamer, wel een ventilator. de grote slaapkamer is ook de inkom van de straatkant. Als er nog gasten verblijven heb je wel last van lawaai in de inkomhal. wij werden soms wakker van het gezin dat boven ons verbleef met kleine kinderen. De badkamer is heel klein. De stoelen mogen vernieuwd worden. Prachtige locatie. TOP!
