My stay at Don Aracon’s place in Bayamón was great! I used to live in PR and this residence made me want to come back. I slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed 4 nights and only ran the air conditioning once, upon my arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, only the sounds of schoolchildren on Monday (which is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome to me). Lastly, for all the solo women travelers who wonder/worry, I traveled as a single woman and had no safety concerns. I checked in really late at night and returned to the Airbnb often late at night and had no issues. No one was outside or anything. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment was squeaky clean and the kids enjoyed the small above ground pool. Oscar was very responsive and made us feel that if any issues should arise, he would attend to them immediately. During our stay the entire island suffered a power outage. When I opened my phone to inform him about it, there was already a message from him letting me know that there was a generator that would be turned on immediately so that our comfort would not be disrupted. Indeed it was not. We enjoyed staying in Oscar's lovey home.

Clean home with lots of amenities. And it is right next to the shopping center with Walmart so we can pick up any items we forgot to pack with us - even late into the night! Hector was very responsive and helped us to resolve issues right away. He texted us every now and then to make sure that we have a comfortable stay.

The property is immaculately maintained, evoking a tropical ambiance reminiscent of a beach theme. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the space accurately reflects the provided descriptions and photographs. Notably, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, although limited activities are available in the immediate area. However, nearby attractions can be easily accessed via Uber, with fares approximating $17. Our stay was an authentic Puerto Rican experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed with our family. One delightful aspect was the nightly visit from a friendly cat, who would join us on the porch, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Hosts - the hostesses were very responsive and communicative. Any issues were answered promptly. Understanding and helpful. Directions - we went in two separate cars, the map link provided led us to a house like 3-4 doors down. The pictures helped us figure out which house it was. Also it's the only 2-story house on that street. BnB - AC was helpful, but much to my surprise the was cooler than expected. At some points, not all the ACs were on and 1 ceiling fan was the only thing on on the first floor. Kitchen is stocked with the basics and a plethora of seasonings. 2.5 baths were convenient for a 7-person group. The pool was a good add to the hot days. No issues. No bugs. Location - for us, everything we wanted to do was 30-60 mins east or west of the BnB. Main highways were about 5-7 min drive. It's an island, so places were fairly easy to get to. Eats - there were lots of mom and pop restaurants in the area. Recommend to try them our or use the host's guidebook.

This was a group of 4 friends and we immediately loved the Jewel of Levittown. The patio is very sunny and we spent our mornings out there having a cup or two of coffee and evenings with a glass or two of wine. Both beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. The space was spotless when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. Thoughtful touches, like a cooler and umbrella for the beach were appreciated and used frequently. LaRhonda was very quick to respond with any questions we had and was so pleasant to deal with.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy studio apartment in Bayamón, PR. It’s conveniently located—just close enough to San Juan for easy access, but far enough to encourage you to explore beyond the city. I’d definitely recommend renting a car while on the island to make the most of your adventures. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the Airbnb, it was always nice to return to a space where we felt safe and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen was perfect for storing our snacks for beach days and day trips. Evelyn was a great host, providing just the right amount of comfort and accommodation for our trip. Puerto Rico holds a special place in my heart, and this stay only added to that. I truly hope others have the same pleasant experience we did. One thing to note—we did notice some ants in the bathroom, which other guests have mentioned as well. That said, it’s important to remember that we’re on a tropical island, and a little bit of nature is to be expected.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed! We look forward to staying again! There were a few cold drinks provided, a safe, and even tooth brushes! They had everything and then some! It was perfect for the kiddos as well! Plenty of board games, instruments, and a couple arcade games! Very clean and responsive host! Thank you Eddie!

This place was amazing. Our first night there the neighborhood experienced a blackout, but Augusto and Liliana were very responsive and very helpful. They brought us over essentials like solar powered fans, flashlights, ice, and water which was very much appreciated. Besides that, the place is exactly as the pictures, beautiful and spacious. It is at a great & convenient location: many restaurants within walking distance, beach a block away, and La Placita a 5 min drive away. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

Pat's place is exactly as it is listed. The area has a superb relaxing vibe and is just across the street from a small semi-private beach. Further down the block are many restaurants and bars that you can enjoy day or night. The location is situated in a very short driving distance from Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Carolina. We returned every night after 9pm and always had a parking spot available. The air conditioning and shower heat was perfect! Would definitely stay with Pat the next time we visit! 😁

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

Mr. Sergio was a great host, the Airbnb was very clean and safe. We were a party of 5 and the Airbnb had everything we needed and more, you can tell he puts effort into making sure his guest have all the amenities needed. The AC worked great, TV’s were a nice addition, beds were comfortable, he included many towels-beach and shower, mirrors, and more. There was a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and all the little things, like febreeze and extra toilet paper. One trivial thing we encountered were the shower doors not having a complete door or curtain (it was more of a half door), but we didn’t mind. Also, one of the showers had slightly cooler water, but it wasn’t bad at all or impactful on our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would 100% recommend it to others looking for a place that is 2 minutes to the beach, safe, and near great local spots.

Super cute spot with ocean views! I loved being able to open the glass window and hearing the waves first thing in the morning. It’s within walking distance of plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner spots right in the heart of San Juan. Uber was a great option for Old San Juan. Overall 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to come back!
