This was a beautiful stay for my group. The scenery was so serene and the backyard was very big so there was lots to do even if we just stayed in the house. I would recommend bringing a car because town areas were fairly far away. Everything in the house was very clean and had all of the amenities described.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Lovely surroundings. Good books. Cool antiques. Perfect for a Fall getaway.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

Lex was really helpful and accommodating! This house was great for a large family with small children. We loved that there was two different living spaces to hang out in.

We were in and out so did not take advantage of all the amenities, but appreciated the Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, pleasant and functional bathroom, and noticed the washer and dryer and dishwasher. We did not cook, but kitchen appeared well stocked with pots and dishes had we needed to. All was as described, clean and comfortable. The little house on the park met our needs!

Excellent experience all around. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, and is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Ithaca. There are plenty of options for hiking, trails, and scenic waterfalls a short drive away as well. The layout of the house was great, and everything was clean and welcoming. This was perfect for our group of 6 friends (3 couples). The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was wonderful too, with a ping pong table, cornhole, and a fire pit with all the necessary supplies to start a campfire. The property is also pet-friendly. Our friend’s dog was able to stretch her legs and run in the side yard. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Five adults and six kids fit comfortably—the house was spacious, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed: crib, towels, blow dryer, K-cup coffee, pots, pans, and more. The outdoor space was private and peaceful with a great fire pit, firewood, roasting sticks, and blankets. The location was perfect—just 15–20 minutes from all the hiking trails and waterfalls we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care went into making this place welcoming and well-stocked. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Evan’s place! We loved how peaceful the house was and getting to use all of the amenities like the hot tub and fire pit. It was a serene getaway yet close enough to downtown Ithaca to enjoy the highlights of the city.

By all means the best Airbnb that I have come by, the hidden gem has all the essentials and some, spacious driveway, sparkling clean 3 bedroom/2 bath, kitchen, outdoor BBQ, firepit, pond, hammocks. This fully stocked getaway is 15 minutes from all you can look for or need (restaurants, gas, shopping etc. ) outstanding stay!! What all Airbnb's experiences should be, an oasis !

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, die Lage direkt am Bach ist extrem ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, und der Außenbereich mit großer Terrasse und Garten direkt am Bach ist sehr großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
