The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

Celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here with our family and we truly enjoyed the place. We are 17 pax and enough space for all of us. Caretaker ate Q-ann is very accommodating, the rooms are clean and dry. Kitchen is air-conditioned with complete necessities. The view of the sea is beautiful especially during sunset. Pool is warm so we were all able to enjoy it even in the night time. Wifi is fast and reliable. Parking can fit all 3 of our cars with extra space. They also have contact to the local boatmen who were hired for a sandbar tour in the morning. We were still able to enjoy the sea even if the beachfront is not swimmable. My family appreciates and highly praised the place. The host is friendly and keeps us informed at all times. Thank you. Will be back again.

We came here for an overnight stay with a few friends and the place was just what we needed. Amazing view, 5 min walk from a very quiet beach, enough space in the house for you not to feel cramped if you needed some alone time. 20 min from the port and from Sabang. Ren was also there during the day to assist us if we needed which was so delightful ! Thank you very much for this wonderful stay !! ❤️

The General’s Villa is a clean, peaceful, and relaxing place, perfect for a family getaway. All the amenities and equipment were available and in great condition. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and really appreciated the host’s flexibility in extending the pool hours for us. We were also allowed to check in early, which was a big plus. The villa is easy to find and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, my family had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The house was cozy, spotless, and surrounded by peaceful scenery. We especially enjoyed the warm pool, it was perfect for relaxing. Kuya Danilo was very kind and even gave us a quick tour before we settled in. Thoughtful touches, like a power station at the table, really showed how much Philip cares about his guests’ comfort. Highly recommended, and we’re already planning our next visit!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained, exceeding expectations. The location offered convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Communication with the host was seamless and responses were prompt and helpful. The provided amenities, such as kitchenware and linens, were of expectations. My family enjoyed our stay and the caretakers were attenteive and helpful. Overall, the experience was exceptional and contributed to a memorable trip.

Place was spacious. Parking can fit up to 4 vehicles. Secure and gated. Rooms either had 2 queen beds, a king bed, or 6 bunk beds with pullout. We were only 12 people but this place should fit up to 20 comfortably (ad says 30 pax even). Shame we weren't able to tryout the heated pool because it was raining when we were there. Appreciated the big gazebo with all of the dining tables and chairs. Had a flat screen too which helped show the PowerPoint and Excel files we were discussing. Also had a videoke machine for after dinner entertainment -- however the sound system/speakers were terrible. That was the only downside. Everything else was up to par. Good for large groups or multiple families (clan) gathering. Location was solid too -- quite near Tagaytay action.

okay yung location ng place since may 7 Eleven bago pumasok ng gate so pag may need, may malapit na bilihan lang. super spacious ng house, rooms are clean except for the comforter medyo unpleasant yung smell nya, i think di napatuyo or nalabhan before putting it sa bed but overall experience okay 👌🏻

We found a resting place for a busy day from Pasig to Batangas. Together with my adult children and a Shih Tzu, we enjoyed our 24hour stay. Thank you so much TJMR particularly the Kuya who was very helpful to us during our stay!

My children repeatedly said, “This place is very homey”. It has everything you will need and more. Wifi had issues during our stay but they let us use the sim card for data. Not a big deal for us as we knew Canyon Woods is notorious for bad signal since we’ve frequented this place for years. Thanks for accommodating my family and my dogs. I will keep tab of this place for when we come back again!

We had our team building last April 1, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone loves the place because of its surroundings, very peaceful, and private and the shades of the trees inside the place are one of the best. We also visited the nearby Beach and had our lunch there. Overall, this is the best Airbnb we stayed in Batangas. Worth the price! 💯 Thanks Ma’am Maan and Sir Joey! 👋🏻

The accommodation is fantastic. The location and quality of accommodation offered certainly enhanced our holiday. As you can see from the photos, there are many steps up to the accommodation but it's well worth the climb for the views alone. I would certainly recommend this house.

The place is great. My colleague’s like it. However it’s far from the white beach, 30 mins away from there.

We booked 3 days before the date and the place was awesome!! They are very accommodating, they have complete utensils, linens, towels. You can always ask them a favor, like borrowing some condiments. Jacuzzi is the highlight of our stay, they make sure everyone in the area can use it. The place is also quiet even the place is fully booked. Also, I loved their dog and the mama cat with her kittens. It feels like home and we enjoyed staying here and probably come back.

We stayed at Sophia’s place for 1 night, although we wished we booked a few more. This is the best chill place for a family outing, and the place was very spacious for us. We have balikbayans who were very meticulous when it comes to hotels and b&b’s but they really loved the place. We had a problem with the water pressure at midnight, but I was surprised that the caretaker (Mae) was able to read my message and immediately turned on the water pump. We’re looking forward to booking this place again in the future. Thanks Sophia and Mae :)

The place was clean and can be easily located. Our stay was peaceful. The hosts were responsive to all my queries even before I booked the place. Kudos also to our caretaker, Ate Aileen, for being responsive and attending to all of our needs during our stay.

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.
