Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con balcón en Ticino

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre nell'appartamento, l'abbiamo trovato comodo e pulito. Un ampio parcheggio ci ha permesso di arrivare sotto casa e di spostarsi in macchina senza preoccuparsi di non riuscire a ritrovare parcheggio. Per qualsiasi esigenza Nicola è sempre stato molto disponibile. lo consiglio vivamente!

Amazing apartment in Bellano, only 5 minutes walk from the train station. It has a stunning view and the furniture is really nice. I also enjoyed the kitchen. It is a bit annoying getting to Varenna, but the train is nearby and the ferry too. Bellano is just a way smaller and quieter town without the tourists so keep this in mind when booking. Prices were cheaper in Bellano compared to other places on the lake which was nice. And there are supermarkets nearby too. It can just be a bit difficult to travel to Varenna, but if you’re organised it will be no problem, as the train only takes 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again :))

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattet Wohnung, welche wir bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht hatten. Hat alles, sehr grosszügiger Grundriss und tolle Lage.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen (mit super Aussicht auf den See) und sauber. Die Anreise mit dem ÖV ist gut möglich, allerdings fahren die Postautos (Haltestelle sehr nahe der Unterkunft) nicht sehr oft. Der Pool ist wunderbar gross, schön warm und gut gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut - abgesehen von Salz hat es allerdings keine Gewürze (auch Öl muss selbst mitgebracht werden). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

L'appartamento era veramente ben curato e dotato di mille dettagli che denotavano cura ed attenzione al cliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene davvero. L'unica cosa che ha reso forse un po meno confortevole il nostro soggiorno è stato il materasso matrimoniale forse un po' datato e i cuscini un po' troppo alti per le nostre abitudini. Forse lasciare un paio di cuscini piu' bassi può offrire un'ulteriore coccola per l'ospite. Consiglio vivamente la casa davvero. Esperienza super positiva e bambini felici! GRAZIE!

splendide! Excellent appartement avec une vue extraordinaire! Très propre, super bien équipé. L'appartement est situé en hauteur, il vaut mieux y être en voiture mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir une aussi belle vue sur le lac et la ville de Lugano. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable.

Wir waren mit 4 Mädels für 1 Woche in Matteo's Appartement zu Gast und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden von seiner süßen Mama in Empfang genommen und bei Nachfragen war Matteo immer schnell erreichbar. Das Appartement sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und auch Sonderwünsche (wir wollten in 3 getrennten Zimmern schlafen) waren gar kein Problem. Das Appartement bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und die 2 Bäder sind dabei sehr hilfreich. In der Küche fehlt es auch an nichts - für alle die sich selbst versorgen möchten. Bei uns hatte der Kühlschrank anfangs den Dienst versagt, aber auch dafür hat Matteo umgehend einen Reparaturdienst geschickt. Wirklich ganz klasse! Zur Lage des Appartements: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in der Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bistros und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zum Dom sind es gemütlich rund 20 Minuten zu Fuß, aber auch Bus, Tram und Metro sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Unglaubliche Lage mit einmaliger Sicht auf den Lago dOrta. Im grosszügigen Garten auf bequemen Liegestühlen durften wir schnell eintauchen in totale Ruhe und Frieden. Das Haus ist grosszügig - und perfekt eingerichtet. Uns hat es beim Kochen an nichts gefehlt, weder an Utensilien noch an Gewürzen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen in sehr bequemen Betten. Ich, als elektrosensibles Wesen konnte den W-lan Stecker ziehen, dadurch strahlenfrei leben und schlafen, ein riesiges Geschenk. Danke dir, Davide, dass du uns so gut eingeheitzt hast, dass es auch an kühlen Abenden gemütlich war. Ein Anliegen zum Schluss: ich wünschte mir dass alle Mieter eigenverantwortlich Geschirr und Töpfe sauber in die Schränke räumen würden, zur Freude aller Beteiligten.

This is my second time staying with Wendy and it definitely won’t be my last! Wendy is a wonderful host, bubbly, friendly and responsive. The room is clean and cosy, with a stunning view, exactly like the pictures. The area has a few lovely restaurants, a bakery, a bar and connections to all of the popular Lake Como towns for day trips. I really cannot fault Wendy’s place. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Schönes Ferienhaus in den Weinbergen. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber war sehr nett und sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Den Pool hatten wir oft für uns alleine.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

Très beau logement, rénové avec beaucoup de gout dans un cadre agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et confortable. L'emplacement est un peu perdu dans la campagne. Cependant, nous voulions visiter à la fois Turin et les Langhes et le logement avait le mérite d'être central. L'accueil était très agréable et flexible.

Le logement est vraiment magnifique et paisible. possibilité de rejoindre le lac à pied. malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu tester car j'ai une botte au pied et la météo n'était point à éviter nous! Le logement est grand il y a des livres et jeux en Italien. Il y a tout pour cuisiner et même les linges/éponge et priduuts pour faire la vaisselle. Nous y étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant. Nickel! Surtout pour l'enfant, la salle de bain est en bas avec la chambre à deux lits simples juste à côté donc sécurisé. Vraiment top, pour notre prochain séjour dans la région, nous reviendrons !

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

We’ve been traveling for six months and this was by far the most elegant, chic place we’ve stayed, a proper apartment in Milan! The kitchen was large, fully equipped, with all the amenities you would expect, including a dishwasher. It also had a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer!. We cooked many meals “at home!” The bedroom was large with a dressing room/closet. We loved the high ceilings as it reminded us of the home we just sold. It is worthy of five stars!

Guiseppe's is a perfect base for exploring Milan in a quiet location. The apartment itself is clean and very spacious and our stay was fabulous.

Great cozy place for our family to stay. We specially loved all the toys there are for the kids. Susana was very nice, responsive and super helpful not only with the acoomodation, but also with taxis and activities. The apartment is located near the railway station, this made a day trip to Como very convenient, but to get to the historic centre of Milan, you will have to take a tram or a metro (both are very close). Overall good experience and good value.
