We had such a cozy stay here! The property has a really warm, cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The location is super accessible and very close to everything we needed, which made getting around really easy. The stay is actually behind the host’s main property and one of the best parts was that we were welcome to use the main pool in front. Such a big plus! The pool area is very well maintained and adds a really nice touch to the whole experience. The house itself was clean overall. There were tiny bits of dust here and there if you really go looking for it, like under the sink cupboards and all, but the bedrooms and the spaces we actually used were spotless. It really wasn’t an issue for us at all. The hosts were absolutely lovely. They were very responsive and welcoming whenever we needed anything. You can tell they take pride in making sure guests have a great experience. Honestly, just a really good spot. Would 100% stay again.

Mr Mohammad is a great host. A must visit, Nearby Lulu Mall. He will assist you with everything you need and takes care of whatever the guest needs. I had a really comfortable stay. Recommending it to all who visit Kochi.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring Kochi. I had an amazing stay at Flexicubes. The space was exactly as advertised—modern, minimal, and super clean. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and setup. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the furniture to the lighting to the little details that made the place comfortable and functional. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything easy. The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were fresh towels, toiletries, and even coffee and tea waiting. It felt peaceful, private, and just really well put together. Whether you're working remotely or just looking for a place to relax, this space has everything you need. I’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

A great 2BHK apartment at a really great price. originally booked for 2 days but stayed a day mire. The host is so friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space. Located in a quite residential area but also close to the highway. forum mall right across from the apartment. overall, a great stay.

Great place stay with family

The stay was great. The property is located near a main road so it was very easy to find. From palakkad junction it will be around 2 kms only. Basic needed amenities were all there as mentioned. It was very easy and convenient to get food and other things since there are good hotels and a super market present near the property. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay. Will definitely visit again soon!

Lovely spacious cosy apartment very tastefully furnished. Place was very clean and kitchen had basic amenities. Walking distance to great restaurants and Ayurvedic centres. It was extremely hot in the apartment at the very end of March despite the fans. As it’s very close to the road you do hear road traffic especially later in the evening but in the bedroom it’s pretty quiet. Overall a fantastic stay. Biju the owner is very nice and runs a cute cafe and tourist centre downstairs.
