A lovely couple of nights in Southwold, perfect for our 3 year olds, bedrooms and bathrooms great too, plenty of room in the living area and great kitchen. Will certainly be booking again!

Excellent in all aspects, providing everything we desired for our short stay weekend meeting with friends which had been prevented by original lockdown by Covid which was enjoyed by all.

Friendly and helpful hosts, and the property made a great base to explore Great Yarmouth. Free parking outside was a bonus too.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay being close to the seafront and town centre and enjoying bright afternoon sunshine as it flooded the lounge, kitchen and outside bench. The cliff top cafe has long been a favourite of ours and breakfast outside in bright sunshine looking out to sea was a real pleasure. The walk along the sea front to the Deben estuary past the golf course is always enjoyable and on this occasion we extended it to make it a 16.5k walk door to door! Thank you Judith and Mike for a very enjoyable stay, we’ll be back!

The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location. Close to the beach and bars / restaurants. My partner and I had a lovely few nights there and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

The best Airbnb we have stayed in, lots of extra details. Immaculate and as described. We were there Sunday and Monday and not many nice eateries open but our fault for not checking. Easy access to many other lovely beaches.

Great place for a long weekend in Suffolk. Location was amazing, and plenty of space for our group of 7. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely time away with the family. Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the little touches and amenities available to us should we have needed them. Fantastic host….helpful, friendly, always reachable and responsive. Very proactive with lots of useful information for our stay with some great recommendations…..just wish we had more time there. We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

We’re just back from a wonderful weekend at Sarah’s. The house itself is clean and cosy, good hot shower and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed Sarah’s treats she had made also. The location of the house is perfect. Southwold is a pretty compact place and everything was walkable from Sarah’s including to the beach. The beach hut was a great bonus and we enjoyed two sunny days there, having a glass of wine and watching the world go by - it was so lovely. I’d highly recommend Sarah’s- we hope to be back!! We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

This is a little gem. The pics don’t do it justice. The garden is incredible and the host is delightful, aswell as the chickens, fish, Betsy, Archie and Aggy (dogs). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful abode.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Jane is a lovely, warm and welcoming host. Great communication, super polite and friendly. Location is amazing, everything is on the door stop and within walking distance. Property was perfect, as described and super clean. We've already spoke about returning, and Jane's property will be the first place we'll look up for another weekend stay 😃

Absolute gem of a spot if you want to be close to all the fun at Great Yarmouth, at a great and affordable price too! Lack of parking was easily managed (finding a local car park). Spacious place, even with 4 of us! Clean and tidy! Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Even booked an extra night! Will be back! Thank you! :)

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
