Great place for a family getaway, with a splendid tranquil environment. Not far away from basic amenities, with a public park within 5 min of walking distance having tennis, pickleball, volleyball and horse riding facilities. A bee farm is also walking distance, where one can get delicious organic honey. The house is quite spacious with numerous patios and sitting areas with spectacular views to suit individuals’ tastes. Restaurants and market place is 20 min drive, and Niagara falls a 30 min drive. The host Teri, was quite friendly and accommodating.

Excellent séjour au Beach house! Très confortable, on se sent comme chez soi. Les 3 salles de bain (2 complètes) sont fort appréciées pour un groupe de 6. Le coin feu dans la cour est très sympathique. Seul petit point faible: la climatisation ne circule pas bien partout: la nuit c’est très froid dans la chambre du bas et plus chaud au 2e étage (mais il y a des ventilateurs dans les chambres pour améliorer la situation). Ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié: la maison est à une courte distance de marche de la plage et il y avait un petit chariot qui nous a permis de transporter les chaises, parasol et jouets sans effort. Nous ne voulions plus repartir!

We were beyond impressed with the host and cottage! It is a private space just close enough to Niagara Falls!

We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to go back! My husband, I and our 2.5 year old fell in love with Anne-Marie's place and all of us were sad to leave. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities you need. It is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach and to lots of restaurants, cafes, ice cream and little shops. We also loved that her place is dog-friendly so our old chocolate lab was also able to enjoy the vacation with us. We walked down to the beach each day (it's so awesome that beach passes are included as well), had so much fun playing in the sand and swimming in the warm, clear water that you can walk out far in. We also tried some of the local restaurants and enjoyed all of our meals. And of course, when in a beach town, you have to eat ice cream! We were there on a Thursday so also enjoyed the weekly food-truck festival with live music. Such a beautiful outdoor setting. We will be back next year!

We had a great time here! We used this Airbnb as a made for exploring Niagara falls and Niagara by the lake. We really liked having the golf cart to be able to drive around the area and overall we just had a really good stay here. As someone else mentioned, the hot water ran out pretty quickly as we have six people taking a shower every night. After we ran out of hot water the first night we simply decided to take shorter showers and then we didn't have a problem afterwards. The house is well stocked and has a very nice Weber bbq which I was very thankful for.

Victoria House was the perfect place to stay in Niagara on the Lake! The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5. And the location can't be beat! We've been to NOTL a few times, and it is wonderful not to have to worry about parking. We loved being close to our favorite shop, the Budapest Bakeshop. The sweet and savory Chimney Cakes and sandwiches made up most of our meals, along with butter tarts from Niagara Home Bakery (but just out of town, Walker's Country Market had the best butter tarts we found in NOTL!) We didn't have any problems at all with the house, but our hosts were super responsive with recommendations and as locals knew the area very well. Check in and check out were super easy, and the 11AM check out time gave enough time for some last minute shopping and Chimney Cakes for the road 😉 We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again!

This place is great; easy 15min down to the main section of the falls. House has been recently renovated and was perfect for what we were looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone staying.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits en famille fin avril 2025. Le but étant de visiter les chutes du Niagara et alentours, l'appartement est idéalement situé. L'appartment est assez grand pour 4 et bien équipé. Nomi est très sympathique et réactif. A notre arrivée, il y avait une bouteille de vin et des petits chocolats (Suisse). Sympathique attention.
