Penny's is a very sweet place great for anyone looking to explore East Nashville. Had everything we needed for two people visiting the area. The outdoor courtyard area is lovely and well kept. The house is in a great location, extremely walkable, quiet surroundings. Penny is warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

Perfect location for old gals overnight to Leipers Fork. The house is spotless with comfy furnishings, linens, etc. Hosts were responsive prior to visit with our few questions and all was above expectations! Peaceful surroundings and awesome firepit if you enjoy the outdoors. Close to Foxe and Locke and Leipers Fork Distillery. Thanks Keith !!

What a beautiful place! My sister and our 87 yo mom traveled to the area for a small family reunion and this house was everything we had hoped for! Comfortable home with plenty of room to visit, easy drive to Nashville (about a half hour) and a beautiful lake location. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch every day, watching ducks, geese, cormorants, pelicans, robins and cardinals. Everything in the listing is accurate and Teresa was very responsive.

This place was amazing! So great for a girls trip right in downtown with an easy walk to broadway!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Ryan was a great host! He was quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our group! At first the building was a little confusing but Ryan gave super clear instructions which helped us locate the building with ease. The Airbnb was super cute and clean! It’s just like the photos! The location was perfect as it was walkable to everything.

Wonderful time, kids loved the play area, it was a beautiful drive, and we loved the setup. The host was lovely and we felt very comfortable there. We would recommend this place to others!

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

It was great. My wife and I enjoyed the bed so much that we would like to know that make and model.

Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was secluded and private but not a far drive from the local town and restaurants. We made great use of the beautiful fire pit and were very thankful that Kyle provided firewood for us. Would definitely stay here again

Mark's red roof cabin exceeded our expectations! The great lighting and decor and right in the woods where we always find peace away from city living. We had everything at our finger tips. I would recommend this listing over and over again!!!

Tranquility and solitude were exactly what I needed and this was the perfect place! Clean, tidy and updated, yet cozy, comfortable and rustic. I really appreciated ease of heat and air conditioning. I loved my view of the cows grazing and the geese on the lake! I hope to go back.

We made a lot of memories at the cabin! It’s perfect for a family retreat. Room for 7 people comfortably.
