The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Great apartment, beautifully decorated and great amenities. The location is spectacular; where else can you sit on your private terrace watching the roller coasters at Universal and the fireworks at Magic Kingdom!

Brandon’s place was stunning!!! The private patio was amazing and the weather was beautiful during the day and night! I was able to utilize the patio so much! This place was in a perfect location walking distance to everything and so many good places to eat! If I come back to Orlando I am definitely staying here again!!!! Brandon is also a great host responds quickly and even gives you great tips and places to go!

Garry was very responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament, and the location was 1 mile from the park. The unit was also very close to the grocery store. The view from the dock was very peaceful and serene. Definitely recommend if you are in the Leesburg area.

Lovely quiet space. CLEAN! I usually turn up at AirBnbs with lysol, disinfecting wipes, my own pillow cases etc. and I did for this booking, BUT I never needed to use my stash of cleaning agents. Just about everything was just about perfect. Checking in required paying much attention to detailed instructions, but it was worth the puzzle once you got into the apartment. I'll definitely be back at Kyle's place every time I visit Orlando.

I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

My family and I were in town for a family funeral. Lorena and Kat were in constant communication with me from the beginning. They were amazing. Instructions were very clear, their response time to any of my concerns and questions were immediate. I could speak to them about anything, at anytime. My Mom is 94 years old and she can be very fussy. She cannot stop talking about her stay at this home. It was an experience for her. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and serene. The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. That was such an added bonus when you have a few people sharing the space, six. We cooked breakfast for two mornings and had a beautiful social time with the family. We all felt right at home. Thank you Lorena for a wonderful stay this past weekend. Everything you described about your property was true to form. You are highly recommended and rated for 5 Star. If I should be in Apopka again, I will sure book you. Thanks

Great place to stay. We had lots of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. The view of the river is awesome and relaxing while watching all the people tubing, kayaking, and boating up and down. The fire pit was great to make a fire at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire home was very clean. The loft area stayed a little warm so my kids did not want to sleep up there. We had clean music playing on the dock, which people on the river seemed to enjoy too, but the neighbor gave us a dirty look and gesture - no issues otherwise. Overall a great place to spend a few days.

We had a great stay here. The view of the lake is beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio. And spotted a few gators as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house was clean and comfortable.

This was our second time staying at The Acorn. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed...toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee and tea supplies...so pleased that we didn't need to run to the store to get any of these items! Dan and Michelle are very quick to respond if we ever need anything. Had some issues with the internet and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. We love relaxing in the back yard and enjoying all of the wild life. The alligators won't bother you if you don't bother them! I absolutely recommend Dan and Michelle's beautifully decorated home to anyone who would like a relaxing, clean, and comfortable place to spend their vacation!

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Dunnellon thus far. Big backyard and a short, but fun boat ride to get to rainbow Springs. We kept our 17 foot Key West docked behind the house for the weekend without problem. It is shallow when you’re approaching the dock but once you’re out in the main channel, it’s no problem. George was extremely responsive with any questions I had. There’s a local boat ramp down the street that is literally a 10 minute walk from the house so you have the ability to launch your boat, dock it, and then walk back to pick up truck and trailer to park it back at the house for the weekend. (Local Boat ramp parking is tight.)

We have stayed at Taylor’s house before and are never disappointed. It’s one of our favorite vacation spots!

This property is peaceful and on a corner lot to provide the most privacy in the neighborhood. There was plenty of wildlife. Access to the river and Springs was easy, close, and inside a beautiful and private park. The house is spotless and updated. The hosts are wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

The location is great! Directly across the street from Eola Park. Nice to start and end the day with a walk around the lake. The neighborhood is quiet. I appreciated having designated parking.

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

Dan was a great host! He responded really fast to all our questions. Also the location is so close to all Orlando has to offer!

Excellent everything!! We love coming here and the kids enjoy it so much! We have been coming here for 7 years now and look forward to it every time!!! Staff is phenomenal and so friendly all the time.
