Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We had a peaceful stay and everything was clean and easy to find. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Was very clean, could use a few upgrades. They didn’t have any extra fans like it said which would help with the heat and outside noise to sleep at night. Overall it was a great location and it was clean on the inside. I do wish they would have a better lock to the upstairs door.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. Janet is a very responsible host, she responds to questions or needs within the day. The house was in good condition, especially considering the storms and trauma the area has been through. We love the location, close to the beach and its such a great house to invite people to come and stay with us. The best recommendation we can make is, good Lord willing, we will return next year. We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was so nice and clean and very cute! Jessica is very helpful if you have any questions and gets back to you right away! Very close to some restaurants and bars and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. We really loved it and Chris the maintenance man is very friendly and helpful. We ran into the cleaning lady a few times while she was cleaning the other place and she sure is very friendly with a smile! We will be coming back for sure! Holmes beach is very peaceful and full of friendly people! We stayed for a month but will stay longer next time!

Went to Bradenton for a couple of days and decided on staying in Andrew’s wonderful house. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants and close to Anna Maria Island. The house was spacious, clean, had all the amenities and the pool was a huge plus! Andrew was quick in his responses and very friendly. Had a great time and will definitely come again in the future.

Ammey & Ammey’s place was simply awesome. A hidden gem—calm & peaceful. Clean place with a great pool in a beautiful setting, steps from the sand. We loved having coffee in the screened in porch looking at the pool and beautiful landscape. Thank you, Ammey for sharing your place with us when we needed a break from the world. Would stay there over and over!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at a perfect house on Siesta Key. House was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing, right over the road from a few bars and restaurants (no issue with noise which I had thought might be a problem) and a 7Eleven which was super convenient. The unbelievably beautiful beach was just 5 mins walk away with the softest, whitest sand I’ve ever seen in my life! Information sent from John the host was proactive, easy to understand and accurate. He was very fast to respond to messages. We loved it here, are missing it already and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

The place was very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Carrick fixed one of our problems pretty immediately. And always responded to my messages. It’s a great location for the Sarasota siesta key area even though it’s not on the beach. The pool was very nice and for the cooler weather it was fairly warm. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This place was everything we wanted and more! The house felt like home as it was very clean and welcoming. We just felt like we were at home during our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice with easy access to anything you would want or need. The private pool and hot tub were great, we used it everyday, and the landscape made you feel like you were in your own paradise. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in this area. Also, Bojan was super responsive for any questions that we had during our stay. He is a great host.

This place is PERFECT for a family with younger children (ours are 2 & 5). We were visiting grandma and grandpa and it had a great setup for having them visit during the day to hang and swim. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Host also provided everything we needed for a beach day. The home is decorated with a beach/mermaid theme (our daughter was in love) and bedrooms were very cozy. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

For a family with younger children this is heaven! Toys, pool toys, beach toys and gear, heated pool, high chair and crib, stools for little ones to reach sinks, just perfect. Beautiful Setting, gorgeous master. And hosts are flexible and responsive.

Tyka was the most amazing host, I’ve ever had! Her place is stunning, relaxing and accommodating. The plants and landscape around the pool, in the home and out front are amazing. We’d like her to come to Maine and figure out our gardens! She, herself was amazing as well, very accommodating, friendly and respectful of our privacy. We had a small issue with the ac and she was all over it! Communicated like no other! We felt more like she was our friend and not just a host. She was wonderful! Congrats to Tyka for achieving only what other hosts dream of! Loyalty… this will be my go to place when I’m in Florida!

The place was perfect for a family getaway! Very clean, easy check in, great location, awesome heated pool, close to visiting family living in Nokomis. Would definitely stay again!

We were so impressed by Brian's place, the pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, private, had everything you needed are just a few of the great things. One of our moat appreciated amenities was the pool, we had our own little oasis. We were also very grateful for the beach gear! This included a cooler, beach umbrellas, several beach chairs, a sand sifter, and a wagon to carry it all. Brian was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely be back!

Soryvette has a wonderful place. Everything you need to enjoy a fun day on the beach. This place was a wonderful place to unwind and relax in the pool after a long day on the sun! Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Venice FL.

This was a great place to stay! A convenient, short walk to the beach. It’s also close to a trolley stop if you want to go to the southern part of the island. We had an issue and I messaged Curt about an issue and he got back to me in a very timely manner. I would stay at this place again!

Wow! We enjoyed our stay in Andreina's home! The house was beautiful! It was clean and smelled wonderful. We did not see one bug our entire stay. The decorations and furniture were very beachy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Andreina provided body wash and shampoo. The backyard was amazing! There were beautiful palm trees and flowering plants. We enjoyed walking around the pathways to the pretty waterview. The natural setting was relaxing. We saw birds, geckos and rabbits. There were many options for sitting comfortably in lounge chairs, at tables, a swing or by the fire pit. Our routine was to have our morning coffee in the yard and benefit from the peaceful environment. We enjoyed watching the sunset on Manasota Beach which was a 5 minute drive away. Andreina was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend renting this home away from home if you are in the area. It was a lucky find and we hope to stay there again.
