All the quality facilities we needed for a week+ long stay, including essential provisions (and a complementary bottle of wine 😀) Close to a great range of shops & facilities within easy walking distance in Annandale. Great transport links to the city and adjacent suburbs nearby. With family nearby, we will be back!

just what I would expect of a garden studio. leafy green and quiet. except for the trains, but we like trains. it is not 5 star space and decor What it is, is serenity after a long day. excellent transport links. Good hot shower and a comfy bed. thanks Adam.

This place is a hidden gem! We were so pleased that we happened to fluke this place as our stay before heading to Newcastle and were so pleased! It was such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It’s out of the busyness of the city but close enough to everything if you need. Berowra waters is just down the road. We had two young children with us and found we had plenty of room for us all. The beds were SUPER comfortable, beautiful linens and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and helpful! The only downside was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I feel lucky to have booked Janet's garden home studio. It was so beautiful and had such a homey feeling to it. The enviornment as well was peaceful and stunning. More than that though-what made their home so inviting and peaceful to stay in was the energy Janet and her husband shared with me. They both gave me privacy but also welcomed me to see the inner workings of their beekeeping right on ther property which had always been something on my bucket list to see. They sent me home with a fresh jar of honey and a book that I will always remember them by for their beautiful generosity and kindess. If you're looking for both privacy and a home away from home, this is your gem.

Very comfortable and spacious. It may have been very hot in summer without air-conditioning, but we came in autumn, so it was comfortable, only needed the fan one day. It was very good to have a shower without water-saving shower heads, toilet without water-saving flush, and a good kitchen sink for washing up without bothering with a dishwasher. So we really liked the place, very spacious, which is hard to find nowadays. Parking on the street is restricted to 2 hours, but since we came for a weekend, the restrictions didn't apply after the first day.

Ruhige und angenehme Unterkunft circa 1 Stunde mit Bus und Zug von der Innenstadt von Sydney entfernt . Die Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Küchenausstattung und jeden Morgen ein toller Kaffee. Super freundlicher und sympathischer Gastgeber. Der Checkin war hervorragend. Die zwei kleinen Hunde sind sehr goldig.

Great place to stay. The area is quiet and the unit had everything you would need to make the stay comfortable. Just note, the shower has a step to enter which may be difficult for individuals with mobility issues.

My friends and I had a great stay at Kylie’s place. Kylie was very accommodating which I feel very appreciative of and had great communication. The room itself was clean and very cool and located in a quiet area but was very easy to get into the city quickly! I would recommend staying here for sure!

The place was great it had everything we needed. Nice walk to local shops and cafes. Fantastic host, very accommodating.

I loved this gorgeous studio in its garden setting. It was just what I needed for a couple of nights stay close to but outside of the CBD; and the off street parking is a bonus. I had everything I needed and Davin had included special touches like eco-friendly bathroom products, plush towels and freshly ground coffee which really made the studio feel very cosy and were much appreciated. I’d recommend highly.

Perfect place to stay, quiet and self contained at back of garden. Great kitchen and bathroom, had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Good value

Emma's place was lovely! It's quiet, peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings and cute animals; the donkeys are very friendly and the tennis court is a great touch too. Would come here again!

Wonderful little flat in the suburbs just out Sydney. Just what we needed for visiting family near by. Michelle and Steve were so friendly, allowing us to settle in early after our early flight with a lovely little breakfast basket. Always responsive when we needed them but also great at giving us our own space, a little home from home. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need for a short Sydney break . Spotless and comfortable in everyway. Garden furniture for a quiet drink on the deck . Quiet area , with good transport links. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our night at "The Getaway". The accomodation was really beautiful and set in a stunning garden. Everything Deb said would be in the house was and it was so pristine. Deb was great in communicating and let us check in early and gave great recommendations for the area. It was so peaceful and relaxing and we did some lovely walks in the area. The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Deb.

5/5 🌟 We had an incredible stay at Hulya’s beautiful home! The place was exactly as described, and the extra touches like fresh towels and toiletries made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Han and Xin’s space was fantastic. The highlight of this stay was definitely the hosts. They put a lot of care into maintaining the space and are always available when you reach out or require something.

Lovely place, perfect for 2-4 people. Nicole and Peter are very responsive and provided very clear instructions on everything. All the requirements for a good stay were provided. A few big bugs but I assume that’s probably just an Australia thing, lol.

Fantastic property. Felt very private, very clean and lovely beach vibe. Kerriann has thought of everything and has equipped her property for a really comfortable stay. Excellent communication and thorough check in details made our late arrival a breeze. Loved it. Will be back.

We've been on the trip for three months now, and we both say Sandra was the best and most welcoming host we've ever had on this trip. Everything is just right. You're perfectly connected to all the places, you have peace and quiet at night, you have a great bed. You have a beautiful garden. You have privacy. We were simply thrilled. It's a beautiful region, a beautiful district, where there's a lot of Restaurants and all this in this amazing town. 10 Point from 10

Enjoyable little space near the Royal National Park in a very quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for a small family of 3!

This Airbnb experience is beyond my expectations! One of the best! Both Paul and Wendy are very kind and responsive. This space is compact, yet they provide everything that a traveller needs. Clean and neat! An outdoor table is perfect for having a cup of tea or coffee. The grass area next to the pool is also perfect for a walk. It is located in a tranquil and beautiful area. The day my wife and I checked out, we got to catch the late flight home that evening. But Wendy said, “I have checked and there is no one on the day you are checking out, so you are welcome to stay as late as you need.” Wendy also further mentioned that, as travellers, she thought that if the host could have done this to them, that would be wonderful! Their generosity so touched us! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Shane is a wonderful host and was very helpful when I encountered some issues with checkout as my husband’s car had broken down. Shane was very understanding of the situation and was very flexible. He is an honest host and the place was clean and tidy. There were lots of tasty snacks provided by Shane as well at the accommodation. The place is very cosy and was perfect for us as a couple to stay there over the long weekend. Parking was easy and convenient. The home is also easy to find. Check-in was also easy to do. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Cherie is awesome. She's very responsive, and helpful. We had a flickering light and she changed it immediately the next day. Place is super comfortable too
